Am a nurse here in the United States. I got my nursing certification from Nigeria and it was like a golden ticket to travel. Many agencies will rush you. Nurses here are comfortable. To school here as a nurse is very expensive and I don't know if your uncle is willing to pay for that. There is nothing as better as being independent here. No one I repeat absolutely no one wants a liability. Best thing will be to pray about it and let God lead you.

The secret to not giving them a dime is to go early.at least 2hrs before your flight.be the first to be checked.they won't have time for you.no matter how they want to delay you.you know you can play smart and you still won't miss your flight

Pls help me out on this. On the economic class form where we have to fill our main duties.I kw am to write the noc that wld be used to asess my application in question 12a. My question is on 12b, do I fill the noc code and occupation of wat I studied presently even though that's not wat I cic to assess.my main duties tallies wit the noc I filled on 12a. Secondly I collected my draft from Gtb on the. 17th of oct.can I still use it in submitting my application this week or hav to get anoda one.thanks

Mailing label is simply typing your full name and address/postal address on a MS word document and dropping it in your application package. This is usually used in case an application needs to be returned (God forbid) to the applicant. You are required to add 2 mailing labels in your application.

Nothing else was stated oh.just that its equivalent is 3 yrs hosp study and training.major in nursing and all dat.I actually called wes to explain to me and they said its wat they evaluate hosp based nursing skulls as. Let's assume its a cert program wat points do u tink dat is.although dats not wat I wish.

ferdimako: That looks like it is not 21 since they don't come up as 3yr diploma from Canada. I'm not in that pool, just wanted to be sure for others. It looks like they come up 19 points.

An equivalent B.Sn is a 3yr diploma and has a sure 21!

I evaluated just my rn and it was 3 yrs hosp study it was evaluated as.am also very confused

Takes abt 3 - 4 weeks only if u send the info and payment to headquarters which is abuja.but from oda locations it takes almost forever. I had to do a lot of phone cals.yet it took them 2 months jst to reply

canadadirect: Yes is better to put it immediately after the original form and make sure u title it the name of the form e.g IM0008 additional family something like that so ur case officer wont be frustrated looking for it

Pls help me out wit this.I have all my documents ready for submission but the only issue I have is that one of my last employers gave me work experience letter which only states the period I worked with them.my employment letter already states my benefits and job description.was wondering if I can jst submit it like that.or do I still attach a letter explaining why the exp letter doesn't hav the details requested.

As for wes, I soft pedaled cos I needed to sort out a few personal things besides, Nmc said my docs didn't get to them and wes asked me to pay roughly 100dollars to send it via courier. Will do that later.

Meanwhile, I'm amazed RN is evaluated as hosp training. What was your post basic qualification evaluated as? Really don't know what hosp training amounts to.

ferdimako: WES assesses what u want and what u want is what u put on that form. So assessing her B.Sc which is d highest educational achievement is d best. I don't think she got it from council. She can just include her RN + RM things in CIC package.

Dnt tink u nid verification from nursing council.but all d same wen wes sends ur documents for verification it will be stated wher it was sent to.jst chill till then.dnt pay any fee yet to council

I paid d N8750.made photocopies of my licence, notification and filled a form at their office. Once u get to nmc they will put u tru.

Am a nurse still in the process of submitting my application. I have gotten my documents ready except for wes evaluation. Nmc said my verification would be sent to wes by next week.pls has anyone completed the wes evaluation for nurses
