The Southwest is making the claim to presidency ON A POLITICAL PLATFORM and that platform is one which they've helped to nurture right from 1999 even though the platform has evolved over time from AD to ACN down to APC in combo with CPC.

South East on the other hand should stake the same claim ON A PLATFORM THEY'VE TOILED FOR SINCE 1999, and that platform is PDP.
