There is NOWHERE in Benue state where Igbo is predominantly spoken. You guys should stop spreading inaccurate information.

You have a good number of them as traders in Otukpo, Makurdi, Gboko and parts of Gwer East. They arent indigenous to any part of Benue state.
Politics › Re: Soludo: I Was Asked To Reject Buhari’s Appointment ‘because There’s No Money’ by omenka(m):
“When I was named as member of the Economic Advisory Council, a friend called me, spoke in Igbo: ‘leave their job for them’, I asked why, he said ‘but there’s no money there now, just a Committee… that’s how we reason in Nigeria,” he said.
There you have it folks, one of the root causes of our problem in this country.

Besides what soludo said, I believe the caller said what he said because Soludo accepting such an appointment could potentially poke holes at the usual sing song of those who despise the government of the day (MARGINALIZATION).

We have an huge problem in this country. Too many evil men desperately working day and night to ensure there exists no peace in Nigeria.

By God, they will all fail!

If you read my post well, I apportioned the blame to everyone but wait a minutes, someone taking a dump by the wall and using the wall to wipe the bum, isn’t that why Nigeria is called a shithole? Besides can u just imagine a nation with proper water, a school with proper facility and maybe they will use the washroom for such
Bros even most hotels in Nigeria are a mess except few that are not even within affordability of the 95% of Nigerians.... we are all to be blamed but beg those fools called leader to provide the basics and they won’t be blamed.... imagine the salary of a useless senator compared to salary of a teacher?
Brother, we have a very huge problem in this country.

Imagine those images without electricity
Imagine a kid going to that school on a pothole ridden holes and in traffic for hours
Imagine leakages of roof in those kinda pictures
And you think that is the best the future generations can be given or deserves?
The issues isn’t just the government but even the citizens
Take the cases of those pigsty posted here as the conditions of our university hostels.

Imagine folks in tertiary institutions taking a dump and thereafter, using the walls as their buttwipes! Imagine taking a dump on the floor or doing so when there isnt running water.

Imagine throwing refuse out the windows unto the immediate surroundings of the hostels!!

Some fellas here reigning cursing on government over the state of our schools do these things I just mentioned.

How in seven hells are we gonna blame the government for such behavioral traits in students in tertiary institutions whom we assume should know much better?

We arent ready to tell ourselves the truth in this country.

Was it said that those items were STOLEN?

Do you know the meaning of the word *recovered* in this context?

Who told you it wasn't badhuh Do you know that Nigerian university students were at home for roughly one year due to ASUU strike when Wike was minister of education ?? The longest strike ever in the history .
Nigeria doesn't deserve GEJ nor Buhari, please.
Exactly. Started reading the op, but the moment I saw GEJ and his attempt to praise him, I immediately knew reading any further is sheer waste of time.

Those of us deep in the education sector know better.

Northerners love power and dominance that's why the country is like this ..

Northerners wont allow any other tribes come in
Well lets enjoy
This one has nothing sensible to contribute.

Are northerners the governors, senators and reps members in southern states? What have these class of people achieved in their respective domains?

Is Obasanjo and Jonathan northerners? What did they achieve during their time that we can really point a finger at and brag about?

Instead of holding our respective leaders to account, we find a way to absolve them of blame and blame others in their stead.

I suspect you also campaigned vigorously for Atiku. Too bad Atiku who happens to be from the Southernmost part of the South lost.

Due to the pervasiveness of propaganda in our current political atmosphere, I decided to do some google search of Superior RTV before commenting, and guess what, I CAME UP EMPTY.

The only place it was mentioned in my search results was with Igberetv, the same people bringing us the news here!

Umahi, from what I've seen and heard here, isnt doing badly. He is arguably the best performing governor in the East and probably one of the very few not doing badly in the country. Let us not soil that record with needless lies and propaganda.

Thanks.

Whenever I see someone make a comment like this, I instinctively know such a person is either a staunch PDP supporter or a low key sympathizer.

Once pdp is the one doing the dirty work, they try to muddle the waters of blame by making such all inclusive statements. But if it were an APC state, they tend to be specific in their condemnation.

Funny fellas.

I trust Willie to put those guys exactly where they belong. PDP always claim big brother to APGA so I just dont understand why they have grown so intolerant of their brother, Obiano.

Hope they dont end up turning Anambra into another state whose growth become stunted by bitter politicking.
