I have 3 questions regarding this issue of killing

1. Why did they stop during campaign and elections ??
2. The security chiefs and DSS have no info on the casus beli and dramatis persona behind this atrocities?
3 Either this administration does not know that this is a problem or its clueless about solving it, in both ways, they have failed

First and foremost, I can only sympathize with you on that issue. The issue you just mentioned is not only in elegushi but across the markets in Lagos and possibly southwest. That's the feudalism that exist there and the government will no do anything about it because they pay patronage to the same traditional leaders during election for political endorsement and support.
