Imagine two flat in my compound, each flat get bill of average 10,000 per month. I leave my house in the morning come back in the night. My wife also goes to work. CotenantNIG: Hi Guys
We Look at the Cost of renting a 1 bedroom apartment in Lagos, due to the fact people have been asking for a more detailed cost of rent around Nigeria https://cotenant.com.ng/news/
Lagos is most populous city in Nigeria. It is the second fastest-growing city in Africa and the seventh in the world. The population of Lagos according to the Lagos State Government, was 17.5 million. These figures are however disputed by the Nigerian Government and judged unreliable by the National Population Commission of Nigeria. The latest reports estimate the population at 21 million, making Lagos the largest city in Africa.
Lagos is a metropolitan area which originated on islands separated by creeks, such as Lagos Island, fringing the southwest mouth of Lagos Lagoon while protected from the Atlantic Ocean by long sand spits such as Bar Beach, which stretch up to 100 kilometres (62 miles) east and west of the mouth. From the beginning, Lagos has expanded on the mainland west of the lagoon and the conurbation, including Ikeja (which is the capital of Lagos) and Agege, now reaches more than 40 kilometres (25 miles) north-west of Lagos Island. Some suburbs include Ikorodu, Epe and Badagry, and more local councils have recently been created, bringing the total number of local governments in Lagos to 57.

They claimed women gave birth five children on the average. Hell no, I know counless people whom decided to give birth to just 2 or 3 kids. Nigerians are wiser now, school fees has reformatted our mentality of given birth like pig. Virtually all my school mate gave birth to max of three kids. My colleagues two kids max. Where do they get figure of five children. How do they get 201milion population. The last time census took place was 2007. |

leeport: Yoruba should not betray Osinbajo like they betrayed Awolowo and MKO
An Omoluabi in Yorubaland is a person of honor who believes in hard work, respects the rights of others, and gives to the community in deeds and in action.
Above all, an Omoluabi is a person of integrity and Prof. Osinbajo is one that embodies everything that upright Yorubas stand for, yet they some Afenifere leaders are not proud to associate with him because he does not engage in pot of porridge politics.
No honest Yoruba leader will attempt to paint Prof. Osinbajo in a bad light. He is putting Yoruba back on the Nigerian and global political map, as a people to reckon with.
We, as Yoruba people, really need to call Afenifere to order so that what happened to Chief Obafemi Awolowo and MKO Abiola does not befall him too in the grand scheme of things at national level. Oladele Olasunkanmi Don't mind the elder statement of afenifebi, they are still bitter about the 2015 general election. We all knew how they collected millions of dollars from Jonathan, how APC collected pipeline surveillance contract from gej government. But now the drainage of dollars has been blocked. Nothing u Adebanjo can say that would make Yoruba hate their own. When OBJ seized Lagos allocation where were these f000ls called afenfebi, when Jonathan governments malign South west, where were they, the Yoruba race was schemed out of government for good 6 years of Jonathan they could not talk bcoz money was given to them. Now they suddenly had voice. We have wise up, we don't follow any leaders blindly again. If Tinubi misbehave we treat is Bleep up too. |
