Jamming is just one of the ways, As drones are improving, counter measures are also improving. It's a two sided game.....
There will always be countermeasures for both drones and aircrafts agreed. But when it comes to drone it limit loss of human resources for a mission that can be done using drones, because it can operate deep into enemy territory..somewhere a manned attack craft will think twice before venturing cuz it suicide.
If US soo trust their drones, why don't they send it to Ukraine?...... Drones are very susceptible to jamming like Iran did and developed their drone industry. It's best in reconnaissance in real war situation and assisting artillery in correction of fire.
