Most of the missiles fired were subsonic which can easily taken out by even third-world countries, the main target was the Nevatim airbase where the strike on the Iranian embassy came from.

Note: 7 out of the 9 missiles that hit the two airbases were hypersonic 2 were subsonic which means even with the combined defense from the USA and its allies failed to achieve the expected result.
