Most people criticising pastors do not even pay tithe or contribute more than 2000 naira for a church project, and they make the loudest noise.

Real givers in church who give large amount of money does so secretly without anyone's knowledge.

People, if as a contractor, i win a big contract or i get promoted in my job with the aid of my pastors prayers, omo, what is 10% or more to give God back?

If you can't pay tithe, leave those that understands the kingdom's principles of tithing to continue.

A check on my bosses, have shown that they donate massively in church projects/pay tithes, reason they keep getting it back in folds.

I have some Alhaji friends (non-fanatics) who whenever i give them invitation for a church project launching, they willingly give me big money in an envelope to give to the Church.

WE NEED A CREED ON CHRISTIAN THREADS HERE JUST LIKE THE MUSLIMS HAVE.

So I was having a discussion with friends at work today about HIV and shockingly not all of us agreed on whether the virus is real or not. Some said it a development from the American government to wipe out the African population. They further backed it up with the following theories

1. Why is test results not always constant. They said whatever result you take, its all lies. Why is it that you get tested in a hospital and it reads positive. To clear your doubts, you move to another hospital the following day to get a test and it reads negative

2. Many people who have multiple sex partners never get the virus. (forget about theories that some people are immune to the virus) But a first time who decides to have unprotected sex contacts the virus. Isn't that unfair Aunty yetunde who is a prostitute is negative while sister chiamaka the choir mistress is positive.

3. Some said HIV might be real but doesn't leads to aids. Its the ARV drugs you take (supposedly developed but the western world to decrease population) that leads to AIDS.

4. The virus was an initial experiment but somehow escaped from the lab

5. Some said its real and have a cure but the pharmaceutical industries are after financial gain. They'll make more profits with patients managing the virus rather than an instant cure/#.
Ever heard of HIV DENIALISM ? Some denialists reject the existence of HIV, while others accept that the virus exists but say that it is a harmless passenger virus and not the cause of AIDS.

My own candid view is that the virus is real. But I don't believe it leads to AIDS. All the same, protection is key, abstinence is the best. If you test positive today, its not the end of the world. Life goes on.

The virus is real. Very real. Signs and symptoms are proof. Anti-HIV medication improves health though have side effects.

Origin of the virus: No one knows for sure.

A biological weapon? Only God and the creators would know.

A medical / lab accident? Read the book, 'The River' by Edward Hooper.

Business interest? No doubt!

Conspiracy theory? There's no smoke without fire!

He has a right to use his money the way he likes.

God knows his heart and how he got the money.

He will receive his just rewards here and in the hereafter.

It is, however, commendable.

I hope he also helps the poor, vulnerable and needy serving God as a good Samaritan and as Dorcas did supporting widows and orphans even also like Job.

Most importantly I hope he's a child of God indeed.

Marijuana was created by God for a purpose. But it's being seriously abused creating medical, psychiatric and social problems.

But in the US in particular it's medicinal use is being exploited in the management of some conditions including cancer. Some even call it the Sacred Plant.

Increasingly many states in the US are legalizing its use and CULTIVATION. Marijuana Companies are springing up and some are on the Stock Exchange.

Here this resource is wasting and cultivators are villains but tobacco and alcohol are approved for use.

We need to do a rethink and find ways to tap into marijuana's health and economic benefits.

Just stated health / medical fact.

It absolutely has nothing to do with politics, politicians and voting.

I don't agree being gay. It's a wrong choice.

But please leave gays alone. They need both counseling and prayer. If despite these attempts they refuse to change it's their problem especially with God who in spite of their decision still loves them and wants them to change.

This is the Christian / Bible / Jesus' position. GOD HATES SIN BUT LOVES THE SINNER. THAT'S WHY JESUS DIED.

To bring them to Christ we need to draw close and even be a friend.

If it is god's plan to create humans, then set trap for them in the garden of eden(of course it is a trap cos he already know the outcome according to his will), give them free will, drown them for using the gift of free will, give them 10 commandments (which include "thou shall not kill" ), later instructed them to kill during wars (whereas he has powers to just drown the enemies instead of allowing man violate the laws he himself gave).

If you have power to stop people from dying and suffering won't you do it especially when you claim to love these people? But god is believed to have such power yet he can't even do shi!t!

Why do you blame a president with limitations over incompetencies but fails to blame limitless god over incompetence? Why can't we take such incompetencies as the will of such presidents?

There are many evil things god has done that even you as a human can't. Then I ask: why worship a god whose morality is inferior to ours?


But with our foolishness we are allowed to call them gods, we are allowed to explain they are 3 in 1, we are allowed to defend them, we are allowed to tell people what they want and what they don't. With our foolishness, we have define these gods and given them all their attributes.

Why is it only when we want to point out at their absurdities and the atrocities of these gods that we are reminded about this wisdom and foolishness thing? Doesn't it occur to you that is a line invented for the purpose of manipulating you and keeping you in bondage forever?

Whatever method or ways god has chosen is evidently an evil method. It only takes foolishness and gullibility to see evil and call it good. There is no manipulative cheap line that can change that fact.

Thank god for cursing the entire humanity just because one man ate a mere fruit. I thank god for he could have forgiven him or destroy him and create another human, but he didn't so that we could always have reason to thank him.

Jesus did not establish a religion. He hates religion as much as He hates sin. Why? Because Satan created Religion in different forms to deceive humanity into thinking Religion is the Way (back) to God. In Jesus time on earth He fought a perverted OT religion sponsored by the Jewish leaders.

Biblical New Testament Christianity IS NOT, HAS NEVER BEEN and WILL NEVER BE a Religion. It is a FAMILY RELATIONSHIP between God and Humanity.

Tithing in the past was given to the levites tribe who never recieved landed inheritance among the twelve tribes of isreal. So Jehovah made provisions that they feed from every one tenth that was presented by the other tribes of Israel. They were priests by calling,(hereditary) and they never had any other job excepting helping in offering sacrifices on behalf of other Israelites in the temple.

What do we have now? Rouges in church robes, from the advent of Christianity, tithing ceased because the Hebrew nation(Judaism) lost God's favour and their worship no longer accepted, that is why today Christians no longer need to do animal sacrifices to appease God, so since no animal sacrifices, do you need the priest for the sacrifices?

Check out the Christian Greek Scriptures(New Testerment) there were no indications that tithing arrangement continued after the prior, during or after the death of Jesus Christ. Contributions were only made to take care of needs of the congregation or during a disaster. There were no indications that the apostles of those times profited from the gospel, Peter continued in his fishing business, Paul after dumping his law profession learnt tent making to support himself materially and so were many disciples. They never collected tithes or contributions from their congregation for their personal use or consumption

Let's assum Paul who was a missionary back then was like the stupid greedy money conscious rouge pastors of today, he would have lorded it over the congregation back then to contribute and buy him a luxury ship, he can always use to sail for his missionary journeys, but no he boarded merchant ships even under the harshest of weather and boarding conditions and there were no indications whatsoever that the congratulations paid for those trips.

All pastors who collect tithes and convert to personal gains are rogues, criminals any name you deserve to give them. What they practice is corrupt form of Christianity
During Bible times, people whom God used for miracles never collected "kickbacks" for doing such miracles, neither did they profit from their spiritual work. Gehazi one of of Elishas servants who collected a gift gifted by Naaman that was rejected by Elisha previously was struck with leprosy. If Jesus Christ, his disciples and apostles of Bible times rejected gifts and self enrichment from the gospel, who the hell are these rogues to do otherwise.

Church contributions should be for maintenance of facilities and for disaster relieve and not into some useless pastors pockets for consumption. This confirms that their powers for operation are not even from God because when God gifts You a gift, maybe healing, prophesy etc and you misuse it, he takes back that power from you, but we see pastors all over the world eating fat while deceiving the congregation with false teachings of tithing. Pastorism now is a profession, where one goes for a course like it's tertiary education, qualifies opens a church while being lazy and the congregation keeps feeding him fat from their poor donations.

SIf Jesus were to visit physically churches of today, what will be his reaction today? When he sees the commercialism that goes in the church today, where all sorts of financial and economic messages are passed in the church while diluting the message about the kingdom of God and salvation( MMM was actively preached in the church by many pastors, Google the pictures are there in the internet). If Jesus was to be physically present in the church, what would be his reaction when he sees that different sections of church are being called out to carry their monetary donations in their hands and come out to recieve prayers according to the amounts one contributes( different prayer for 10 million, 5 million, 1 million, 10,000 and 100 naira donors).
What would be Jesus reaction to find out that PoS machines are now being pass round the church to ensure that you must drop money, even if you claim that you don't have physical cash, no wonder quite a number of people save themselves the embarrassment of going to church if they are broke.
Lemme tell you what Jesus would have done if he were physically present in any church and see the commercialism in the church, he would still do the same thing he did in the temple back then when he overturned the table of money exchangers, and claimed that the house of his father was for worship, while they have converted it as a den of robbers. What is now been done in churches are even worse now.

Now is time to take a step, a commercial church can never be from God, if it were, God would have taken back his power and support from them. Miracles that commercial churches do can never be from God, else when they recieve "kickbacks" for the healings they do, God would have withdrawn that ability to heal from them, meaning these churches that collect kickbacks and still continue healing collect their powers from a different source.

Now is the time to sit at home, do an honest research of the scriptures, do an honest and fervent prayer to God that you want to know the truth and serve him in a way and manner HE wants. He will surely answer your prayers

SINCE HOME / HOUSE CHURCH SYSTEM WHICH WAS THE NORM BACK IN THE EARLY CHURCH WAS REPLACED (HIJACKED) BY CONGREGATIONAL SYSTEM MONEY BECAME A NECESSITY AND CHURCH LEADERS HAVE HAD TO INVENT THE TITHE AND SIMILAR GIMMICKS TO COLLECT MONEY.
