Most big firms are inactive on CAC. Companies like Dangote, Coca-cola, UBA, GTB and a host of others, especially those registered before 2019 are mostly inactive on CAC. A friend registered his company in February 2020, he has never paid or made any yearly returns to CAC yet the status of the company is active on CAC.

There is a way tax is been calculated in Nigeria and not every registered business is required to pay tax.
For example, if a company earn between 20-25million(not sure of the exact figure) yearly, you are not required to pay tax but above that you have to pay tax but the most important thing is to ensure your TIN is very active.

The company is on CAC. The ECO said he company is inactive when he check but am sure CAC registration doesn't expire once you are registered. He also stated that the guy has various cash deposits in his accounts which is a big lie. Pls how can we go about writing this? Thanks

You don't get me right Omokas2... she already has 750k in her bank account from January to April for opening balance, now i will be paying her 250k from this month to October which is 6 month and if she wanted to apply we will print out the statement of account from May till October

She had a balance of 700k in her account already, So I will be paying her 250k to her account from a company account for 6 month starting from this month so at the end of six month she will have a good balance. Her monthly expenditure is 20k because I'm the one taking care of the house . And for the tax clearance she will use her monthly income to apply for a tax i.e personal tax.

I believe the form asks for the amounts in naira. Last time i checked, this was applicable.. so fill in naira
As for income, add all you receive in a year and divide by 12, that’s ur monthly income ... make sure to have documented evidence for allowances etc

My daughter of 14yrs was refused visa in 2019 n we appealed, the appeal was allow on 18th of February, home office overturned their decision on 30th of march, paid IHS same 30th of march , submitted passport in Abuja office 7th of April, we still haven't heard from them to come n take the passport, does it take so long to issue visa after allowed appeal? I have written Abj office n they said, its not from them..

Irish embassy is more crazier than the UK embassy so think twice before wasting money cos they have ur infos automatically .... Your agent has gotten you in a big shit and I am sure alot of people would learn from your case. Did you know some agents cannot even write their names? did you also know some agents wouldnt use Fake Accounts for their personal Visa applications? Did you know 80% of agents has never stepped out of this country? Na facts you hear so oooo.

Though am not a guru and had not seen this type of process in recent days, but looking through the above letter, the consultant used IRCC template and drafted a request letter sent to you, your application is still with the people handling your result evaluation, (are they WES?) The mail is from them, looking at the website and all, your application and request had not gone pass their table, applying for a closed work permit does not involves the underlisted documents, since you're not a EE applicant, but if you have no sponsor as it may, you can request for a clarification of what they need in particular or send the details they require to them stating that you didn't use a sponsor. IRCC don't send reminder mail once you received a request mail, they give you a set date to respond and decision will be made on your application.

Best to do is to reach out to the consultant handling your file and seek clarification of the required documents, while you may add your educational documents to the mail and send.

please I need someone of similar experience to tell me what next to do. Giving South Africa such a huge amount of money is annoying especially applying from Ph. Do they charge for visa fee on appeal or I should go with a fresh application, should I go with all documents as requested. This is really frustrating and annoying

I just received my passport via UPS and I was denied on just one ground. The denial letter stated "Applicant not reachable to verify purpose of visit". Under the letter, I was told I could get in touch with the High Commission via VFS within 10 working days. Please, gurus in the house, how do i go about this? Kindly advice. God bless.
