IS THE CARD NOT BY THIS SENDING WRONG NO OF VOTERS?.SINCE D MACHINE CAN BE PRE PROGRAMMED TO EITHER INCREASE OR REDUCE VOTES IT IS THEN A FRAUD AND NOT RELIABLE, THE CARD READER TEST HAS BEEN A MONUMENTAL FAILURE. The test of card reader by inec has been adjudged a monumental flop nationwide. The machine failed to read genuine voters fingrprint in many boots. The card rejected some genuine voters card in majority of d bootd. Inec did not tell nigerians what the macjine read in their headquarters/server. If genuine voter will be given form to fill bec d machine could not read finger , why is the machine there in d first place? the aim is defeated. At least we now know that d machine can be pre loaded with what ever results needed. We now know that d machine can be pre programmed to reject pvcs either fake or genuine. We now know that compromised inec staff can be used to manipulate the process in favour of the highest bidder We now know that 5 hrs will not be enough to acredit 500 voters, meaning that even if voters are up to 2million in a center only below 500 can be acredited the rest will be disenfranchised. My submission is that it should be discarded for this election.

inec did not plan to use crd reader for Feb 14 election. Jega's plan then was to anounce Buhari the winner of d election .travel out of the country and tell Pdp to go to court. That is why d shaby preparation His plan B bec of d postponement os d use o card reader which d constitution rejects. The mahine cannot acredit more than 300 people in 5hrs.Inec knows this yet jega wants its use to disenfrnchise voters on pdp/jonathan friendly states by insisting on its use while jettison its use in Apc/buhari friendly states . The test has been reported failed in many places.How can u prevent genuine voter from voting simply bec d machine failed to read his or finger due to dirt.tatoo or hard hand, In carrying out d test jega and his staff did not show d people what the server present during d test. The server could be doubling the number of cards, it could reduce d number in pdp states and increase it in apc states. The machine could have been programed to work for apc bec its common knowlege now that jega is working for apc. Since d card readerr was not used for Ekiti and Osun states election and both were adjudged credible and fair, the card should not be used for presidention election. It will make d election inconclusive and as such give jega ample opportunity to implement plan A in plan B process PDP especially should do everything to reject d use of card reader.

SINCE THAT WAS NOT CONFIRMED IN THE TEST HOW ARE WE SURE THE CARD READER HAD NOT SENT DIFFERENT FIGURES TO INEC OFFICE.WHO NOW GUARANTEE THE FIGURE SENT IF ANY.HOW ARE WE SURE CARD READERS DO NOT SEND ALREADY PROGRAMMED FIGURE TO D SERVER AT INEC HQ. UNTIL THE AUTOMATIC CONFIRMATION IS TESTED AND CONFIRMED THERE IS DOUBT AS TO ITS CREDIBILITY

FORENSIC ANALYSIS WILL DETERMINE WHAT JEGA AND APC HAVE PLANTED IN D MACHINE AND ITS SERVER FOR D PURPOSE OF RIGGING.
