Landing Gist,From Abuja to Halifax Nova Scotia. I left For Abuja Airport on the 22/08/2022 I got to the Airport, I was asked for my Vaccination card, acceptance letter, enrollment letter and passport. I went to collect my boarding pass. My luggages were checked, over weigh,I paid 100 Dollars for excess Luggage my Airline was Air France.
It came to 7:55 We boarded to Paris France. We stopped over at N,Djamena Chad for 1 hour we didn't come down from the aircraft. We left around 11 pm to Paris, we got to Paris 6: am Paris time. We had lay over for 5 hours.
We boarded to Montreal by 12:30pm dot because our flight was delayed for 1hr:30m. We arrived Montreal 1:30 pm local time.
I had already submitted my ArriveCan information and CBSA declaration items through my ArriveCan app, so there was no stress just confirm that my information was true and submitted in less than a minute on the kiosk machine.
I proceeded to the next officer was asked for my ArriveCan, if I carry anything like raw meat as my food stuff, I said no. The young fine girl asked me to proceed to the queue to get my Study permit
the queue was not much, when it got to my turn for study permit, a pretty fine young girl again was the officer,�� She greeted me with respect and asked for my passport and letter of introduction only printed my study permit and gave me, no questions or queries.
I proceeded to claim my baggages and waited for my connecting flight to Halifax Nova Scotia.

The only issue I had was that immigration gave me 1 month study visa for a 4 year study program, I don't know if the immigration officer smoke weed that day for doing that. when I got to Canada 3 weeks were gone from the 1 month remaining only 1 week, so the CBSA told me they can't give me study permit beyond the validity of the visa on my passport, that I should call the immigration immediately to explain the situation to them to extend my study permit. So I was given 1 week study permit.
I had to contact the immigration immediately they asked me to apply for extension of the study permit online before that one week given to me expires, I did waiting for approval soon. However I explained to the school, and was asked to show proof of extension application,I did. They told me I can start classes. Canada is very beautiful and worth every stress and money spent. I pray that everyone waiting for their PPR shall testify soon in Jesus name amen. Don't give up. Nothing good comes easily.

1. You don’t need a police clearance cert to travel
2. You don’t need to take a pre-entry covid-19 test if you are fully vaccinated. However, you can be picked to take the test when you arrive in Canada.
3. You don’t have to update IRCC, but you must carry it with you to Canada. Ensure the program of study and school is the same one you used to apply for a study permit to avoid stories that touch the heart.

Good morning House, Please I need a little clarity. Do I need police clearance certificate to travel, after visa is issued.
Secondly do I need Covid-19 test result to travel to Canada. I have my Vaccination card already.

Good evening everyone, some one help me please, I got my new letter of acceptance after visa has been issued to me. My former letter of acceptance has expired. So I had to differ my school admission from May to September 2022. Do I need to send the New letter of acceptance to IRCC through webform or not?.

Good day house, please Does anyone know how long to get passport back after IRCC updated passport stamped and letter of introduction issued? And which office issues passport back after Stamped VFS or Canadian Embassy?. I was updated that my passport has been stamped via my IRRC account and letter of introduction issued on Saturday. I don't know how long it will take me to get my passport back.

I was sent letter of introduction does it mean my passport is stamped already, when I thought I submitted my passport at the Embassy instead of VAC. Please some one clarify me

Good morning House, please some one help me before I make a mistake, I'm planning to send my passport for stamping to Abuja VFS instead of Lagos VFS because I learnt Abuja VFS is faster, but I had my biometrics in Lagos VFS. Any implication on this?.

I'm confused some people asked me not to Summit my passport at Abuja VFS since I did my Biometrics in Lagos while some said I can submit without implications. I want to submit at Abuja because they are faster than Lagos VFS. I need advice please.

Submitting directly to the high commission is NOT NORMAL, it has to go to VFS. It is VFS that send to high commission

If I retrieve the passport back can I submit to Abuja VFS since Abuja is faster than Lagos in process, But I had my biometrics at Lagos VFS. Does it have any implication?

I submitted my passport through Courier instead of submitting to Visa Application Centre Lekki they sent to Deputy high commission at Victoria Island Lagos. Please is this normal cuz I have not been updated since Last week.

House please I would appreciate your inputs, The woman that helped me applied for admission is insisting I should not buy air ticket myself that I should tell the Agent that packaged the application to buy the ticket for me, I have sent my passport to Visa office for stamping waiting for return. Finally, My own no go different. I don too think and cry because of my Visa delay. I decided to forget and forge ahead with Naija here thinking the delay was excess. Oluwa drop me PPR this morning.
Application summited on 1st of December 2021, Biometrics 3rd of December 2021, Medical Request 30th of March 2022, Medical passed 21st of April 2022, BVL 19th of May 2022, I started waiting since 19th of May till this morning the golden PPR.

Hope IRCC has not forgotten me? Applied Jan 16th and I received medical request which was upgraded to pass as the last update.
This one no be my village people hand? !!!

We are on the same boat o, I Summited 1st December 2021, biometrics 3rd December 2021, Medical Request 30th of March 2022, medical updated as passed 21 of April 2022, BVL correspondence letter 19th of May 2022, till now no decision yet. I asked my Agent is my LOA not updated not the cause of the delay, he simply told me, LOA has nothing to do with VISA. Me I'm just tired of waiting and sending webforms.
