Though in Human Capital management which i did in my OND we stated types of interview which we have meal interview. But if this is not meal interview you can eat but how will you know this is meal interview.. To me dont eat. After all how many hours will you spend there? Hunger no go kill you. • Starting with your feet, tense and release the muscles of your body one at a time.

• You can visualize somewhere peaceful and
beautiful like a quiet beach with freshwater
waves and citrus smells in the air, and place yourself there.

• You can also focus on a thought, or a bible verse, and hold it in your mind while
thinking about it deeply.
If you sleep off while meditating, it is perfectly okay. You will find that you are better relaxed, refreshed and happier after
each session.
