The aguleri and umuleri are known for two things. 1.) warn. if their warning goes deaf ears 2.) fight. in as much a I want the situation fixed before they retailate. A piece of me wants to see this fight happen. For the first time, aguleri and umuleri might actually unite and fight as one as oppose to fighting eachother. This is sad but i actually want to see the retailation. i know i am wrong for this but for God sake, let the warning go on deaf ear like usual. Let the soliders go home and rest. as for kogi state. this una theifing don fall for our handsooo. first una lay claim to their oil, they asked una to provide evidence the oil belongs to you, we waited for months and since una couldn't provide evidence, una resulted to pillaging their land. na so so una wan do to theif person property. na wa nooo. chei oil theif no go good. anyway, this was stupid on kogi's part. this two communities have been at war with eachother for years now and its about land dispute and una want to turn their attention on ya'll on that same land dispute. i really do hope they do the same in umuleri. I don't doubt such claim. Seeing as APC does have buhari in their organization and it is he that they presented as their presidential campaign, then obviously once he gets into power(let's assume a far from reality scenario), then being BH sponsor, of course he'll stop their tremendous ways. There is no doubt about that. Anyway, this statement wasn't made by APC lead by buhari/tinubu. Did anyone even bothered to read the article? Isn't their party name called all progressive whatever? After all, BH has been dealing with many of their people up north along with other ethnicity and till date, they live in self denial that it isn't happening to them. Till date, they've kept quiet. That's why I have no care whether BH attacks SW or not. At first I did care and wished them luck but the more I read their replies on the Lagos thread and the first two and last two pages of this thread, it seems they really don't give a f2k. It's just going to be another self denial claim that it is not happening to them thus why feel sorrow or pity for those that really don't seem to care. After all they don't seem to care about their own killed up north now. It's a pity but hey, that's life to some I guess. |

pazienza: I don't know bro,but the locals had always seen themselves as separate,hence the account they gave to the colonials. If the difference wasn't much,i doubt the colonials would have classified them differently.Actually that's incorrect. Have you ever been to Delta? The Urhobo and Isoko are one. Everything about them is identical to eachother. They used to be one but the Isoko pulled out and laid claim to their own ethnicity but some of them still eachother as one while their are those that don't. |

Wow, just f2king wow. This thread is still going on. To those still fighting, I'm curious, why do you focus more on what agbotean sees himself and use him to speak for the whole group yet at the same time disregard Ezeagu that is also from the same area as the agbotean guy but with a completely different opinion as him and disregard him as the spokesperson of the group. I'm rather curious as to why? I honestly think some of una like arguing. |
