PoliticsRe: 2015: Southern Leaders Gang Up Against North by OneNaira6: 11:43pm On Jan 28, 2013
SMH @ this stupidity of southern leaders. Sometimes I wonder if Nigerian leaders actually think logically. Yes I agree, Leaders from south should do something about the insecurities up north, I agree joining together to fix it is necessary but joining leaders that are either not known or not liked outside of their region is not going to do anything. First anything would Edwin clark would fail in SE and some SS depending on the ethnicity. Him being the leader automatically is a fail. Including SW in the equation is very stupid, they are the only southern state that trying to join and work alongside Buhari, who is believed to be the main guy behind BH. That is literally like standing next to a guy you know you can't trust, give him a hand gun and turn your back away from him. SMH!!. Lastly there is no such thing as southern unity, we need to stop faking it exist. It no exist.
PoliticsRe: $67 Billion Controversy : Ezekwesili Challenges Maku To Public Debate by OneNaira6: 10:29am On Jan 28, 2013
PointB: This Niger Delta oil money that Nigerians are united in stealing will cause katakata to burst in this country sooner than later.

Abeg make I pick ringside seat to watch this drama unfold. If only part of that money (whether 40B or 60 B) was spent to construct 2nd Niger bridge, complete Onitsha port, and Enugu International Airport, and power project, my leaning would be clearer.

Ngbanu Round 2 - Fight!
You can say that again. Oil would be Nigeria's biggest downfall even BH can not do the damage oil will.

Anyway, me self, I want to see the debate. If FG does accept Ezekwesili request, someone biko tape it and post on youtube, wake me up that morning or night make I see am. The controversy sounds interesting, I wonder whose telling the truth.
PoliticsRe: NBC Denies Recent Poverty Rating Report by OneNaira6: 10:04am On Jan 28, 2013
I don't know why my post was hidden but anyway since NL refuse to let me post the picture. According to NBC data from 2010, every southern state excluding Anambra and Abia, have a high unemployment rate. Some northern states are the healthiest according to the 2010 data while down south, Anambra is the only healthy state while Abia is bordering. Anyone know the reason behind this new phenomena? Compared to the data from 2009, the situation was reversed. What happened? Anyone know?

I would have reposted the picture but I got banned and my post hidden last time so if you want to see the data, click on this link http://www.nigerianstat.gov.ng/information. go to data portal. Click unemployment. Choose either unemployment rate by states or unemployment rate total.

CrimeRe: Girl Caught Stealing At Shoprite Stores In Lagos, Stripped N*ked And Lynched!!! by OneNaira6: 9:45am On Jan 28, 2013
The story should be she was sodomized, not lynched. Lynched implies he hanged her. Anyway, that is Nigeria for you. A barbaric, backwards environment. The girl committed wrong but the shopowner or whoever did that to her is no different.
PoliticsRe: MEND Threatens To Disintegrate Nigeria Soon by OneNaira6: 9:28am On Jan 28, 2013
Anyway, it brings me happiness knowing that Nigeria is going to disintegrate sooner or later. The nation is already in it's way of disintegration. Anyone including a blind man can see this, no matter how much some Nigerians scream "One Nigeria", judging from the events occurring in Nigeria I doubt the country will still exist as one. Maybe it might exist pass 2015 and this is a HUGE maybe but I doubt it will last another 5 or 10 years together. It does not take much to notice that only a single cotton thread is holding Nigeria and that cotton thread is about to break. LMFAO. grin grin grin To address the story, I support MEND on the disintegration idea. I've always supported ND or people that wish to form ND nation as long as Asaba, ogwashi uku, etc, etc isn't included. I support the nation creation, I support the disintegration, I do not support the killing of innocent people to achieve this. We are not monsters, MEND should know this. If you are going to attack, attack the elites, attack people that are milking that freaking region dry and using it to enrich themselves and their own region, attack those are destroying the lands of the region, don't attack innocent people. There are other ways.
PoliticsRe: MEND Threatens To Disintegrate Nigeria Soon by OneNaira6: 9:17am On Jan 28, 2013
LMFAO that this people are insulting and ridiculing MEND for this. Is this not Mend typical act? They warn before attacking. Can someone inform me a threat MEND made but never carried out because as far as I know, MEND have always carried out their threat. Continue insulting and mocking them until the threat becomes a reality.

I was addressing the guy that accused him of heading to hell instead of Nigeria. The question is is Nigeria any different from hell? Even if the 1diot that wish him badluck towards his after-journey is right and the guy does go to hell, him choosing to kill himself and go to hell early and him choosing to live and return back to hell on earth, what difference does it make. I do not support the guys decision, neither do I oppose it. He chose what is best for him in his opinion, respect it and leave him be. The guy left Nigeria at the age of seven. Based on his story, his family down in Nigeria do not care for him, how do you think he'll manage. How do you think he'll cope, not knowing how to survive in the jungle that is Nigeria especially since he has no place to go. Would any of una that condemn him help him if he ask for it? I doubt it. I left Nigeria at the age of 15 and even I can barely walk around nigeria without one of my relative that still live in Nigeria accompanying me anytime I visit that nation. This is out of fear from my relative that something would happen to me since I do not understand nigeria hustle and survial skills anymore now imagine a boy that left at the age of seven with a family that seems not care about him.

I have begun to see the Igbos as generally and genetically incapable of thinking objectively.
SMH @ how pathetic Nigerians are getting when confronted on lies. SMH!!!!. I told myself I would not comment on this type of thread anymore but seeing this picture, I had to SMH @ the length some people would go to lie.
1) I've spoken to a northerner on the event of so called Igbo rejoicing over the death of sarduana. There is no mention of a bread but rather the story was the people walked around singing and dancing with a picture of sarduana. I can provide you the transcript because the argument happened on this forum or you can google "Igbos rejoiced over the death of sarduana" to get the story. SMH!!! Since you all are unable to provide a picture of this event, an obviously made 2000 and something picture, probably something the author made before he wrote the article, is provided to replace the story and a doctored new story of the event is created in wikipedia. SMH @ length some people would go. Then again the author is yoruba so not surprising.
2) If Nigeria needs to make up a picture, or rather the author, Lekan Abayomi, needs to make up a picture to justify attacking innocent individuals tell him to at least make it a bit believable. Make it look like something that was taking in the 1966 when the camera is in the primitive stage. This looks like it was taking with an HD camera. The picture inside the bread look like something that was obviously photoshopped, which existed in the 1966 though, but in the primitive stage, I highly doubt that replacing heads existed during that era. I'm google and searching and looking at all doctored/photoshopped from that year and I haven't found one that remotely had that. I'm giving it a benefit of a doubt that maybe it does. The main thing is no ordinary person be it those in the developed world or Nigeria had it, therefore an ordinary bread seller cannot make a picture like that. Duh? Even Nigerian elites did not have stuff like that during that year. Nigeria citizens did not get access to such technology till recently. Middle class citizens in USA and other western nation did not have such technology during that year. They barely had computers. Only the rich had such technology and you trying to tell me a freaking bread seller had it or had enough money to go somewhere and pay someone that had such technology do it for him/her in 1966. Do you know how much that sh1t cost during that era? Are you serious? I didn't even need to explain this to you, you should have used your head to see this by yourself. Even if we give it a benefit of a doubt and say a common bread seller had such tecnhology including the printer for it. The bread came out, obviously not made anymore, therefore the author or another person saved the bread and he took a picture of the said saved bread recently hence the reason it looks more advanced and modern than all the 1960 and up pictures we've seen including the one he provided of nzeogwu and the video as well therefore we'll decide to believe the picture like you did. first question should be why is the bread fresh? why isn't it molded? This is an event that happened 40 and something years old therefore the bread withholding the picture should have molds in it even if it was in the freezer. The picture should also have an aged look to it, not something that is newly printed. It happened 40 years ago dude. This picture provided by you and Lekan Abayomi looks so fake, it doesn't even make sense how fake it looks. No matter which way you go there are red signals. Damn!!! Ya'll could have at least make it look like something that is 40 years old. SMH @ the length some people would go

Underneath is how picture from 1966 and up is suppose to look like.

I'm providing this pictures incase una try this again. Learn to "make it believable". Follow the pattern of pictures from that year suppose to look like, not something that looks like it came this year. Also make the property una are trying to pass of as old, look old. That's my advice. SMH

Aren't local fulani herdsmen raping and killing in your own region at will? What did you have to say...not a damn thing but you know hypocrisy never sleeps
Yet they wonder why the f2king country is a joke. Even other Africans do not respect Nigeria despite their self delusional, self claimed "giant of africa". ba7man: Forget it, they do kill yorubas in the North but not on this scale. Its obvious...they deliberately search and kill Igbos. You know it, I know it and everyone knows it too. The question should be "WHY??" And "HOW DO WE STOP IT??".....Not "Yorubas are cowards".
Dude STFU

The Yoruba are being killed up north and the northerners are killing you all in your own states as well. This is a problem not happening anywhere else in Nigeria yet una are not f2king ashamed, you still have the audacity to speak. They kill SS, SE, SW, NC, NE, etc up north but they do not dare do the same thing in those people indigenous state excluding SW. You all shouting "they are targeting igbos up north". That is like me saying "they are targeting yoruba down south". How slow can you people get? Yes, asha08 got it right. It is cowardly. Fact!!!!. You don't talk, speak or dare mention the north attacking you people even when they attack in your states. I was on this site when numerous articles about the fulani, hausa, etc fighting and killing yoruba's in their own states, one even happened because of an ashawo, not once did any of you people jump that thread to talk but once it's another tribe, etc una flood it speaking some bs sh1t forgetting the fact that we all know the same exact sh1t is happening to your tribe worse than the community speaking against it. This is why the entire Nigerian community describe una as "talk but no action". Igbos value their people's life that's why they speak on it. If you people are too cowardly to do the same about your set STFU and do not try to lie when other's point your hypocrisy and cowardness!!!

Lastly, I find what yoruba do on this website very disgusting. I am not even going to talk about the tribalism, all I would talk about is the 2 face-ness. Una call yourself the north "acquaintance, ally, buddy, friend, etc". No ethnicity down south are cool with north, at least none (excluding ya'll) try to pretend. They believe Yoruba are their closest ally down south because of your kiss @ss attitude towards them but I just notice that on this forum, anytime their is an article about north atrocity towards any tribe be it those in SE or SS, you people shout, scream and ridicule that ethnicity so they can start attacking and insulting north. Anytime there is an attack against you people, una find a way to drag in Boko Haram, North, into it. On this type of thread, this is not the first time ohaneze has made such claim, the northerners always mention there are more christian northerners and some muslim killed than any ethnicity from south. They always mention this but the yoruba are so keen to shout and talk on their behalf, made yourself their mouthpiece, always trying to turn others against them and make them look like some evil human beings. Yet una pretend that una are their friends/ally. What even caught my attention the most is the thread about SW lies, etc. It made me come back to NL for a sec, it was an interesting thread. I was disgusted that a thread showcasing a lie a SW university did plus the poverty data lie made up by some SW, una tried to turn the attention away from that to northern killing igbos. SMH!!! This is not even a defending the north thing, anybody that knows me can tell you I'm not cool with them, but for a community that try to form political alliance with them, claim to know them, claim to be their friend, you all act like a very pathetic "worse than an enemy" set. For a friend, you act worse than a damn enemy. I used to wonder why ACN, despite their desperate attention to spread out of SW region, no other community excluding Edo wish to accept them. They rather vote PDP even though they hate PDP than ACN. I get it now, una behavior on this forum explains alot. Tufiakwa!!! A snake is a better friend jare.

The dude is a story teller. Just google whatever he tells us you to check it's accuracy before attacking any community.

You are correct not all are like that. On this forum at least there is Agbotean and sonya that "Ika are not Igbo" and then there is Ogbuefi and Ezeagu whom are also Ika but see themselves as Igbo. When you attack Agbotean and the community, you are equally attacking Ogbuefi and Ezeagu as well thus the reason I mentioned if you are going to attack the guy, you should attack him and other's like him as oppose to the entire community.
CultureRe: Delta Igbo, Bendel Igbo: What Does That Even Mean. by OneNaira6: 12:37pm On Jan 09, 2013
agbotaen: 1. my igbo man , why dont you learn ? colonel nwawo is not an ika man ,and dont drag all anioma people as ika people , that is the mistake many nigerians especially the igbos make that of lumping every one in anioma as ika or igbo as they may want us to believe.please go and learn about anioma area properly and stop making wrong assertions,
2. now that you want to talk about civil war let me correct you , the only ika person of note who was a major player in the civil war was anuku the first biafran navy commander , he was from owa kingdom and in fact a relative of mine ,and he is an ika man ,the other people you call ika are not ika people , they may be from aniocha/oshimili,and the generality of ika people did not support biafra as major j. ighodalo from agbor, captain a.d polo from owa, philip igunbor from umunede a captain, captain osunbor from igbanke and ogbemudia from igbanke were all ika people on the nigerian side and they assisted the nigeria troops in sending away the biafrans from ika land.
3. during the war it will interest you to know that owa and umunede was where the army of nigeria camped and the late general muritala mohammed lived and camped in owa kingdom with the assistance of obi efeizomor of owa .muritala was able to send the biafrans away .he even bagged a title called ojeba in owa and up till today the bound between owa kingdom and muritalas family is still intact because they still visit owa , even after the death of the general and the fact that his mum is an edo woman .
4. during the war , the obi of owa ,along with the obi of umunede and dein of agbor were members of the mid west think thank on the war and elders of thought.
5. we have it on record that the obi of owa was declared wanted dead or alive by the biafran troops.
6. be that as it may be often said that majority of ika people know they are not igbo ,but there are just a few who believe they are igbos , it is also their human right to say that , but i would want one igbodo man ogbuefi who always says the whole of igbodo and ika are igbos and other igbo propagandist to please go to ikaworld.com and check out how igbodo people went to the palace of their obi to chase away an igbo woman whom the obi married from the palace , the woman is from ebonyi , it was said that it is against igbodo/ika tradition for their obi to marry an outsider who is not from igbodo or edo or other anioma towns with royalty.and if the whole of igbodo believes they are igbos ,why do they reject an igbo woman from being their queen ?
7. finally banjo was a yoruba man and he fought for biafra but the majority of yorubas rejected the idea of biafra that is important, anuku fought for biafra but majority of ika rejected biafra, that is also important.
8. ika did not suffer the devastation of other communities during the war , except for igbodo area who have some citizens who supported biafra and believed they are igbos, so the majority of ika people dont have this war hangover and hatred for others as many igbo people have.
9. killings happen in the north to all outsiders or stranger , it is not because they go for igbos alone ,they also kill bini, yoruba, igala and ika people and others , but it is because igbos are living in the north in large numbers that is why .so please lets get things right.
Either you have reading comprehension problem or you are blind.

"The II divisions made of mainly Ika I[g]bo] never surrendered and under Colonel Nwawo defended Nnewi"
http://www.kwenu.com/archive/okocha_anioma.htm

The key word there is "MADE OF MAINLY" and UNDER. Since you unable to grasp it, let me simplify it for you. Division 2 foot soldiers were MADE OF MAINLY Ika's. The guy that lead them was Colonel Nwawo. It never said Nwawo was ika, everyone know the dude is from Aniocha. The soldiers he lead were predominately Ika. Dude f2king read the sh1t you are replying to before trying to spin your own lies. LMFAO @ how you and anukwu are relative. A so called relative that you cannot even spell his name correctly. LMFAO. It's Anukwu. Before you were related to the Obi, now Anukwu, next thing we'll hear from you is that you are related to Jesus. Anyway, You are lucky every site that wrote about him, only wrote "Ika" as his origin as oppose to his specific town. I wonder who I should believe Emma Okocha whom is an advocate for awareness of Western Igbo involvement and tragedy that bestowed on each town during Biafra and also someone that interacts with all past Anioma's ex-biafran soldiers, etc or you, agbotean, a man know to lie even if his grandmother life depended on the truth. I wonder who I'll believe. By the way, you are one hilarious @ss dude. You do realize there is something called "google" and "search engines" right? You did realize I would google the names you provided correct? LMFAO, how none of those men, excluding one, are written anywhere in terms of the Biafra war despite agbotean story told us they were "major, colonel, captain, etc". LMFAO. Dude you are good story teller. By the way, Samuel Osaigbovo Ogbemudia is from Benin. Ikas really need to stop laying claim to this man, it is getting pathetic now. Until he comes out and tell the world otherwise, his bloodline, origin, birth place is Benin.

One last thing to piss you off Agbotean. Since you brought in Midwest

"From the perspective of the Midwest, Ibo-speaking officers and men from the Ika, Asaba and Aboh divisions of the state joined the massive exodus of easterners from other parts of the country"
http://www.dawodu.net/midwest.htm

Above is the article Nigerians love to use to speak of the midwest invasion. Just using their side to laugh at your stupidity, despite trying so hard to spin whatever story you wish upon yourself, everyone else thinks otherwise from both side. You are one sad, desperate, man. You need to write a book cause dude you are good in telling stories.

Anyway, tell whatever stories you want. I really don't care, just don't ever disturb me again and most importantly bring me back to this forum again. I'm tired of the bs from the mods, the members, the banning for no damn reason, and all that other sh1t but this sh1t keep popping up on my email. I told her i was nigerian, and she said i was lying that i was from ethiopia or somalia. Eventually i told her the truth and that i was from somalia. Honestly i didnt know where she was from till she told me.

I later asked her why she thought i was Somali and she said it was because of my hair, skin tone, nose, etc.

Few minutes later she left and i was talking to my Somali friends at the somali mall. I TOLD one of them he looks like he is ghanian. he doesnt but i wanted to see his reaction. He got mad at me...i told him i was joking. Then a few days later i told a west african lady she looks ethiopian, the lady was very happy and took it as a compliment.

my analysis. If you tell a negroid he looks somali/ethiopian they take it as a compliment, but if you tell somali/ethiopian that they look like their nigerian/ghanian etc....its offensive and they take it as an inslut.

GEE i wonder why that is.

Even the web site you post on every forum does not do justice to your personal Ideologies. Be whoever you deem fit and please give us a break from your non-igbosim, we've had enough.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! He went from speaking for Ika to start speaking for Delta Igbo. The dude is f2king annoying and should avoid from any topic with the word "anioma". He made himself the spokesperson for "Ika", attacked and insulted those of his own communities that disagreed with him including his own obi, now he's moved on to being the spokesperson for Anioma people. Who the f2k gave him the right? I don't really care much about his opinion of himself or Ika, but it's rather annoying seeing this man invading EVERY THREAD meant for people of anioma with his disease. Like every single thread, he runs seeking attention on it, bring nothing but animosity against a group of people long being trying to set up unity with SE Igbo. Agbworo that used to fight him is starting to single out western igbo anytime he mentions the coup, other Igbos on NL attacking delta Igbo anytime he starts mouthing off, Even ChinyeyeN once mentioned he finds delta igbo annoying, when asked why? he's reply was "their denial attitude is annoying". The dude is starting to irritate me but it does not surprise me, many like him are huge attention seekers.

Andre Uweh: The war museum in Umuahia, Abia state should be your first port of call. The museum houses ancient Igbo relics as well as ancient Igbo war equipments.
The Ibinu Ukpabi at Arochukwu, the great oracle that was feared by all in the old east.
Palace of the Eze Nri, here you will found documents and ancient Igbo chronicles of the Nri Kingship since 1000 years ago.
No 7 Park avenue Enugu. The secretariat of Ohanaeze Ndigbo is situated here Here, there is an abundant information about Ndigbo during the slavery era, Ndigbo during the pre-colonial times as well as the colonial times. For more on the Aba women's riot, the coal miners demonstration, the names of all the Igbo involved in building the railway terminus in PH and Enugu.
There are also the great monuments at Nsugbe, Akwete weaving centre, the birth place of King Jaja, the palace of ASAGBA of Asaba, the source of Imo River near Okigwe (stone), Iwa Oji Mbaise, Anara festival Isiala Mbano, Okonko festival, Umuderim, Isinweke (my part of Igboland).

Yujin: Kudos to you agbontaen. Your pix is very informative and your contribution laudable. Pls, I appeal you stop denigrating the general Igbo to make a point. How big is Ikaland? Two LGAs sorry excluding Igbodo and Ekwuoma. You and those that share your aspirations are not considerate enough. Do you know the present time we all are in this empire called Nigeria? SMH for you. Think deep.
Now, your constant reference to the UNJUSTIFIABLE Biafran genocide as though the Igbos brought it upon themselves only shows how wicked you are. That Ika people(majority) distanced themselves from Biafra then doesn't make them less Igbo; it could be the best way to escape the genocidal Nigeria army. So we understood it. However, if this is how majority of Ikas see it(how you are presenting it here), then Ikas are NEVER Igbos and come what may will never be recognised as sharing anything with Igbos. So heartless of you.
Again, Ikaland is just 20mins drive at most and you are here making noise as though other Igbos come to steal or beg you for land or as though there are no more lands in SE and SS. Sonya4all stay in Owerre and she can attest to seeing plenty of arable land there.
Finally, goodluck to your new Ika ethnic nationality; wipe off anything Igbo in your dialect and culture and replace them with those of Bini and Yoruba. We will miss you people but certainly not your land as we have ours sufficiently. Will you people miss us? Only time will tell. Dalu nu.
This is what I don't like about some Igbos on NL. You people drag everyone understand the bus and you believe the stories some of this people tell you on NL. There are many of Ikas that are not like Agbotean and their are others like him. If you went back couples of pages you would have seen it. Even their obi does not subscribe to his view and also the whole Ika weren't in Biafra war is nothing but false stories abgotean continue to tell himself. If you going to attack him, attack the dude or at least attack him and others like him, not everyone.

To address The Ika involvement in Biafra, I didn't want to address Agbotean before on it because the dude is on another world from what I can see but since you are attacking there community over it, I gotta defend them dude. The war was actually casued by his people if we follow the line of "Igbo coup", majority of the officers during the coup were Ika descendant and many of them fought for Biafra when the war started and fought till the end. Here's what's written by Emma Okocha on the subject.

"The II divisions made of mainly Ika I[g]bo] never surrendered and under Colonel Nwawo defended Nnewi the only major Biafran city that never fell until the end."
"Commander of Biafran Navy Anukwu (Agbor) is dead and his house in Boji-Boji burnt! These officers have never been paid anything…pension nothing and nobody from the East bothered.

They are not the same as Biafran officers…who agreed and declared Biafra. These people were Nigerian soldiers. Why have the state Eastern governors abandoned the Ika I[g]bo?"

If you decide to read the entire article, I know some would, yes it is ranting and blaming SE Igbo for not caring about Western Igbos and other pointing blame factors. Please do not read too much into it. Emma Okocha is a very proud Igbo man. In his article it didn't sound like it but you should read his other articles, he even contested to join ohaneze once. I don't know what motivated the ranting but I brought it out because it addressed what I wanted to let you know.

Don't listen to Agbotean, take whatever that man tells you with a pinch of salt cause it's already salted.
