Isn't it funny how he conveniently failed to tell us what we have benefited from 38 years regime of the clueless northern rulers. More importantly, what has Nigeria benefited from 38 years rule of the North.

Why give me a book that was 1.) not written by an Igbo. 2.) most of what's written on the book isn't and have never been verified by the Igbo community of which he spoke of. I actually bothered reading many parts of that book you just posted including the part you wanted me to read. Thus what it suppose to prove? That anyone can write a book whether accurate or not. Na new story? It is a proven fact that Everybody including YOU can write a book, whether accurate or not, get it published and post it online for free if its not selling.

I feel the OP. As much as I don't trust Nigerians. I've noticed on the forum whenever someone opens a thread about a made in Nigeria products, either the repliees condemn it out of bigotry (it is not done by tribe sort of nonsense) or they put it down as unsafe, poor manufacturing, so forth and so on. Are they eager and ready for only african products that should be the question.

I agree with this. I'm sorry but whenever I see Nigerians chest-beating over Lagos I wonder what Nigerians would say if they went to Nairobi, Johannesburg, etc? Nigeria in total, all cities including my own, are pitiful excuse of a city when compared to other African nation. The thing that pain me is that we have more, we generate more money and our federal government a higher allocations to those cities than many African nations yet it is not in par with others. It is painful that we praise them knowing very well they are performing way below our expectation. SMH!! Our leaders realized it does not take much to make Nigerians happy, all they need to do it throw bread crumps here and there and Nigerians jump happily like the Maasai clan.
