Imagine the jobs that would have been created ( the way OBJ created jobs in telecom) if we have 20 functional refineries, 10 steel plants, intra and inter city railway, state of the art mega hospitals in each senatorial district, mega farms etc.

Sometimes you ask where are the jobs they are advertising? How many vacancies compared to more than 300,000 graduates produced annually?


There are very few white collar jobs created annually in Nigeria while there are no records in most cases.

See the record of jobs created in US by each president, but in Nigeria, what we have most are the number of companies that close down.


All these interview questions are not for children of politicians, as they always find as slot for them in federal offices or they send them abroad.

HR many times employ wrong set of people who they believe can answer general interview questions - those on the internet - against capable people who can actually do the job, especially, technical and engineering jobs.

Funny enough, people still get jobs in their companies without interviews, just because they know someone in those offices, yet HR will want to kill himself on new employees as if his company cannot sack him from his HR role.
