Nigeria Liquidfied Natural Gas Train 7 PROJECT is the second biggest project going on in Nigeria presently after Dangotee Refinery. This project is what over Ten Billion Dollars, but workers are suffering here. The project officially kicked off early this year and since then it's been one battle of workers welfare to another.

I am a worker here and we have been on strike for 9 days now because of poor welfare of workers. Each workers salary was estimated 900k monthly but what we are being paid is 171k monthly. The previous union NISEWO was compromised and they negotiated poorly for workers. Now workers are calling for renegotiation through a New Union Body 'National Association of Plant Operators' NAPO, while asking the previous one to step down but for over a week now NLNG have not responded to workers demand.

We can't continue like this with just few corrupt individuals benefiting to the detriment of workers. The job is tasking, things in Bonny Highland have gone up extremely because of this Train 7 project yet workers are still under paid. We are supposed to be given accomodation but company ask us to rent an apartment till camp is ready without giving us accomodation allowance, feeding is supposed to be three times daily but we are only give one square meal per day. The oppression is too much. Please Mod help move to front page, though some news station have been on ground broadcasting what's going on, but please for a much wider view please help move to front page. God bless u. This topic really got me laughing really hard, back in primary school my class teacher gave me a nick name 'Ikebe super' Lol... reason because as a guy then I had big bombom (yanch), while in secondary school they call me woman yanch . Men the thing was so humiliating back then.

I had to really work on myself for years to get a really male ass and shape. Now most people who knew me back then can't just believe the drastic change of shape, some don't even recognize me not until I introduce myself to them. Chai the thing really touch me back then. But thinking of it now I just laugh

Well in cases like this it depends on the individual. If it's a sacrifice to exchange head or Destiny it might work for some it might not work for some. People oil for head varies. Some sacrifice sef dey fear some people .

Let me drop a brief story regarding this. Few years ago some boys in the neighborhood where I used to reside went to swim in a nearby river, there where about 5 in numbers. While swimming one of them discovered a cartoon at one side of the river and he called the attention of the others, they all went to see what's inside the carton, Lo and behold it's filled up with bundles of 1k with some stained with blood and red candles surrounding the carton, I guess it's blood of an animal because they said they saw feathers of fowl (hen) around the carton too.

So they all concluded to take the money clean the ones that was stained with blood and share the money equally among them selves and also keep it a secret too. So they shared the money equally with each taking almost 2million naira home. They all went to their various home and started flexing the money gradually with no other person knowing how they got the money.

After some weeks one of the 5 boys died mysteriously by accident. But the thing didn't really bother the rest they think it's just an accident. Few days later one of them died in his sleep, that was when they rest three started to get worried, one of them suggested they go to Church and confess and go for deliverance while another say they should go to an herbalist he knows for cleansing. They was disagreement aming them, so everybody went their way. To cut the story short, one among the three ran mad, another one got drawn in a swimming pool that same week. The one that was left had no choice than to confess everything to his parents, his parents had to return the remaining of the money left with their son to that same spot where they found it and made some sacrifice, but after some days the boy started acting abnormal they had to take him to a Powerful Church for deliverance he actually spent months in that Church for deliverance before he was finally made whole again.

Today among the five of them it was only this boy that lives to tell the story of what happened. So guys u see sacrifices like this always have an after effect and for those who are involved some might not live to tell the story and some might live to tell the story. So if u find urself in such situation think twice before taking ur decision. Happy weekend to u all cheers.

It's very normal sir. I'm not the first daughter but my dad so so much loves me more than anything else. I don't know how to quantify and qualify the love and sometimes my mom and other siblings gets jealous. Father's Love is real,evident and loud compared to mothers. She loves you and wants to feel that part of you that loves her too. I'll advise you limit bathing her. Let your wife do that.

Its a matter of time, once she finds other distractions like an agemate or a younger sibling she will think less of you then.

Enjoy it while it last because if you handle it the wrong way and push yourself out of her heart you may struggle to find a friend in her in the future.

Another thing is that she sees you less than her mom. While in University I have a friend in her twenties that ran home a few days to an examination just to go and see her dad that stays away a lot ( a Navy officer).

When you're close to your children and they are happy around you it means they have a happy childhood.

Allow her to be the baby she is and communicate with her as you would an adult. This a grate opportunity for you to start impacting your knowledge on her because she in turn will be a great teacher to her younger one.

Hello Nairaland Family, Hope u all are doing great? This will be my first topic on this forum. I have been on Nairaland since 2009, but as a guest not a registered member. I just decided to register some weeks back. This is indeed a great forum, I have leanrt so much from this forum. The good, the bad and the ugly are all in this forum, but all are necessary that's the way life goes. My present job I got 2 years ago was a link I got from this forum, so I regard everyone here as family no matter the dispute.

To the main reason for posting, my daughter who just clocked two years old (My first child) is so addicted to me, at first it was fun to me but now it's beyond my control. I work off-shore, I am at work one month and home one month, one month in one month off. She was delivered the month I got my job two years ago.

The moment my daughter clocked one year; everything changes. When I return from work the moment she sees me she will never want to let go of me. At first I was so happy with the feelings, it makes me feel proud as a Dad and always will, but it's been two year now and it's getting serious, don't know if it's normal because it's my first experience.

She wouldn't let go of me not even for a minute, anywhere I go she will always follow me, she wouldn't even allow the Mom to touch her, so when am around I do everything for her, bathing her,dressing her, feeding her etc. And it's getting serious, I will have to pet her to sleep at night and she hardly sleeps on time, before I go to bed and have time with my wife.

I don't really know how to stop this, I asked my wife few nights ago why my daughter is so addicted to me when am around? she said she has no idea, she concluded that maybe she misses me a lot when am not around. It's all fun though, but it's affecting me a lot while am in town. She just won't allow me go anywhere without her going with me, and in most cases when I refused to take her along because of where am going to, she just won't stop crying, sometimes she cries till I returned it's that serious. Please Nairaland family what's the possible way to ease this?
