DeepSight: + Don't laugh. This is very very very very real. A lot of foreigners come here with business visit visas and start working as expats without a work permit and long overstay their visas. I know this first hand, I handled many of them as Head of Legal in a number of multinationals. And those foreigners are allowed to vote in our elections too - at any level? |

budaatum: AI is presented to you as a start for your own research.
As for your "dangerous" bit, I am afraid you have insufficient knowledge, by your own admission, for your opinion on the subject to be seriously considered, though I am reluctant to assume you are claiming I have carnal desires. Do correct me if you are making that claim please. We have different world-views; that, I have come to realise. You revel in the acquisition of knowledge - to any level your brain power can take you to, not minding the fact that even the best of human brains (I heard Albert Einstein’s brain is kept in a laboratory museum for study) have limitations - they can stop functioning after some years, even if the one with the brain wants to use the brain. What’s sobering for me to you in all these is that God warned mankind about a lot of the things you’ve gone into. They’re at the very root of Satan’s behaviour before his fall. This thing called pride. What I say here to you can easily be misconstrued to mean different things to you, compared to what I mean. You also do a lot of shape-shifting. It’s difficult to hold you by your words. I have noted this: another attribute of a proud, obstinate and self indulgent person. It was pride that brought down the devil. Remember this when all is said and done. Isaiah 14:12 -15 KJVHow art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. |

budaatum: I can live with whatever it suggests, deepsight. And to be sincere, I love the mystique too. Just see the attention your thread has generated already, lol. The fact I can be here as long as I have and most still wonder is kind of an achievement. And amusing when those who get my gender wrong claim to know whatever about me.
Oh. Truth, lol. Okay, let me try.
Everything written in The Mystical Life of Jesus, is uncorroborated and is likely to be untrue, while everything written in Mental Alchemy can be made to be true or not.
You asked about spirituality earlier, and this is sort of where it applies. It necessitates not seeing things as dichotomic.
You do keep insisting on this "belief" thing, lol.
My buddhism, Zen, to be specific, is not a belief system, but more of a philosophy. As in, a lens that one sees through. One does not carry the boat along the journey after a river is crossed. You leave the boat and walk.
Basically, the cause of my own dhukka is my own tanha. And the solution to my tanha is the Eight Fold Path. It makes me responsible for myself.
No sir, I do not "really think the physical body is all there is to us". I am not currently engaging with your physical body, I am engaging with your mind. When I die though, my mind will die with me. But please know that sneaky me is ensuring I live on after I die. I'll tell you how only if you ask.
Sincerely speaking, I don't think we have interacted as much as you think. Or shall I say, not as deep. And I mentioned those specific gods more for the response.
God, in any form, and as far as I am concerned, is a gap filler. Those willing to know will seek more instead of filling the gap with gods and no more seeking.
My insistence on writing "god" is so only God is not assumed.
Even gods must have causes, unless one wants to claim gods are uncaused, which in my view invalidates the idea of an uncaused cause of anything.
Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turtles_all_the_way_down
Please know that language is an imperfect medium to put these things across. In Zen we'd ask if you can hear me clapping with one hand. I appreciate that your questions make me struggle. It is because of all these complexities that I resigned to the belief approach to life. You’re not being lazy to not want to “go deeper”, you’re only acknowledging the limitations imposed on you by the system you were born into and the fact that there’s an inherent corruption that was “injected” into it that you’d do well to steer clear of. In the end, at the very least, we all agree that we didn’t just fall from the sky. A male gender and female gender did copulate to bring us into this world. Science is still trying to figure out how “life” is given and why they can’t prevent death from happening. |

I will be very very careful with what a google AI search throws up as "answers" on spirituality. budaatum should be smart enough to appreciate this. It is especially very dangerous for one who is pretty much subject to carnal desires and human flailing to dabble in spiritual things, exposing such an one to the manipulative schemes of demonic forces and Satan himself. |

budaatum: Your wishing is advocacy.
You do not need to eliminate "all these ethnicities" before human beings see themselves as one. You just need to educate people to see each other as one.
It is what Jesus is trying to teach you when he commands you to love your neighbours. He did not only mean those living next door to you, but those in the neighbouring villages and countries too. Today, technology makes every human on earth your neighbour, whom you should learn to love instead of letting the likes of Tommy teach you to hate. Why should I take the interpretation of the Holy Scriptures by a professed atheist as correct and relevant? |

budaatum: The "Godlike characters" you think one must have is actually a god like understanding. And that you get by learning as much as you can.
It's in fact taught in the first chapter of your god book, when it is written that you were created in God's image, and should "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth" and be blessed, which you can only do if you were given and have received "every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat".
But I bet you are more like Adam, created from mud, "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die". And that's why you are naked and iggy like Adam, and are refusing to be saved from slavery by sense using Eve.
Ref: https://www.nairaland.com/6795272/reeves-pass You are either deliberately twisting God's Word or you are ignorant of the fact that this exact same tactics you've deployed here now (bits and pieces of God's words and commands strewn to confuse the gullible) is what Satan used in the Garden of Eden to deceive Eve. Yield to the Lord's calling budaatum dear. He will lead you aright and set you free. |

Life is not tough for me at all, ono. Nor did Jesus ask me to submit to him. He actually asked that I seek the understanding he had so that I too may become a God like him, but it seems you would rather be submissive, which is your choice and not mine.
Here's a thread that might interest you more. Of course I get this. Let me share with you another one. 1 Corinthians 6:3 (KJV) Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?Do you know what it takes to judge angels? You have to have Godlike characters to get to that level. This is why I am inviting you to a higher pedestal of that knowledge that you seek, available by simply submitting to Him who is the source of all knowledge. It is that easy. Rosicrucian, Eckankar and the likes only serves to confuse you the more and subject you to eternal damnation and hell. They profit nothing. |

That is typical of those like you who would not want to enter into freedom and want others to share your prison!
You wouldn't be attempting to enslave others like you are enslaved if you bothered to educate yourself.
As for "extra layers of knowledge brings about confusion", its a pity you refuse to learn from a certain person who encourages you to learn so you can be free from constraints and bondage. And it's in fact your sort who yelled "crucify him" who went out of the cave and returned to enlighten you. I am reading a new thread about you in the below. https://www.nairaland.com/8566179/appeal-investigate-hidden-evidence-harassmentIt's a tough life budaatum. budaatum: I do not assume you were rough or not easy on me at all. In fact, compared to some on here you are wearing kid gloves, so don't try to frame my disregard for you is due to your supposed roughness or not being easy. It's more the lack of depth of your reasoning you should apologise for and improve on. My belief in God constrains me. I believe that this life is not as difficult as many of the astrologers and the several well-read people think it is. And therein lies the reasons for my approach to life generally. It's what's kept me going all through the years. All those extra layers of knowledge brings about confusion, complexity and the tendency to want to take me away from the peace I have with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ by my simply believing in him! You get what I mean now? So, since you are "belief" averse, I can appreciate the friction between us. I only want you to try Jesus in depth. But for you to do this, you have to accept him fully - letting go of all others, including your Buddhism and Egyptian mystics. It's the only way. The sure way. |

budaatum, just reading through your response to Deep's questions, I know deep down within me that you need the services of an exorcist - one who has the full power of the Holy Spirit in him or her.
You need deliverance. You are in a spiritual bondage of sorts - I have no idea what it is that you are under. The Lord knows and see you. You have nothing to fear. But you have to come down from that your high horse of arrogance and pride. You have to let them go and submit. It's the hardest part. You must submit to the Lord.
Jokes aside, I admire you. I feel the Lord has great need for you. You will find him when you seek him with all your heart.
Jeremiah 29:13 (KJV) And ye shall seek me, and find me , when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Psalm 145:18 (KJV) The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, To all that call upon him in truth.
It is well with your soul. |

basilico: In 2015 George Soros published a 5 point plan to EU on how to deal with immigration crisis caused by the Middle East instability.
https://www.georgesoros.com/2015/09/26/rebuilding-the-asylum-system/
1. Europe must accept 1 million asylum-seekers annually and distribute the financial burden fairly among member states. 2. Lead a global effort to provide adequate funding to "frontline" countries like Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan. 3 Create a single EU Asylum Agency to streamline processing and establish common standards for all member states. 4 Establish safe routes for refugees to reach Europe, reducing the reliance on human traffickers. 5 Leverage the private sector and NGOs to help integrate refugees into the European workforce and society.
Project Syndicate paper by George Soros proposed funding in this way
1 EU Contribution: At least €15,000 per asylum-seeker for the first two years to cover housing, health, and education. 2.Global Funding: €8 billion to €10 billion annually for "frontline" states (Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan) via EU "mobilization" of global funds.
Source of Funds: Soros proposed the EU issue long-term bonds (borrowing from financial markets) using its "AAA" credit rating. Operational Funding: Increased budget for the EU Asylum Agency to handle unified processing. Private Sector: Incentives for private companies and NGOs to provide integration services, funded through EU grants and social impact bonds.
His Open Society Foundations has bankrolled NGOs shipping in asylum seekers from African coastline and resettling them in Europe. Hungary Victor Orban rejected accepting the refugees seeking to maintain Hungarian
whiteness . He also buys gas from Russia ,the EU wants all their member states to stop buying from Russia . He also rejects the EU funding levels of the Ukraine war.
The EU has done everything to remove him through elections but he wins decisively all the time. Péter Magyar, the EU candidate is facing off Orban on April 12, The EU has withheld €18 billion to Hungary in addition to stalling an additional €14 billion loan Trust bas to dig out the causative agents that are at the roots of our civilisational collapse! IjeBos: So you think your "weeks" experience on a course gives you some comprehensive understanding of the US? Now it's not the opinions that bother me, it's how you speak authoritatively about somewhere you really don't have much experience with or understanding of. I just don't understand what the purpose of it is. Do you think your uninformed views are more valuable than informed views?
I usually go to forums because it's a good way to get perspectives from people who are in the know. So, like with this Iran war, I'm curious about military strategy and weapons systems, so fortunately the forum I'm on has some people I know who worked in DOD, the state department, developed military equipment, etc. etc. Now, not every one of them has the same perspective, but because of their experience in their fields, what they share is invaluable and even their disagreements is valuable. So, most of the convos now are deep detail stuff. Now I may chime in once in a while, but most of the time I just read, and learn because I am comfortable with not having to pretend I know everything.
But here that's flipped on its head. 3 of the 4 conservatives who have driven the conversation in the last few pages don't even live in the US or have any particular expertise in it (lying about it doesn't count). And 2 of the 4 (Bemeruca and Basilico) have never stepped foot in the US.
It's ok not to have to talk so authoritatively about something you don't have great amounts of experience with or understanding of.
As to the other topic about being g-a-y. Cleary you have something to hide as you are trying to hide it. If you weren't trying to hide it you would prove it and stop hiding it. I hope you are beginning to understand how nonsensical most of your posts and questions to me on this were. I knew you’d latch onto my Houston trip to make some generalisations. You’re a tool. Look at your long epistle over an answer I gave. Has it occurred to you that I didn’t quite reveal everything about my US experience to you ? Bro, make I leave you be. Keep on yapping away. I’m reading about me pretending to know “everything”. Where in any of my post did I ever point out that I know everything? I have consistently told everyone here on end that humans with all that we claim to know are limited by the system that created them. The creator of that system knows more than we humans know. That highly knowledgeable being is God. The all knowing and powerful. You lot think you can logic your way around things of this world without God. That’s crazy! As to my sexuality, I don’t even know what to say to you again. Let me not use some foul words so Seun’s bot won’t block my post. Now we are in the Information Age. A lot is available to anyone who wants to know about the US and elsewhere. I can’t claim I know everything about the US, heck I can’t even claim I know everything about Nigeria. I have never travelled to Nassarawa state in my life. Does that mean I don’t know anything about th place ? Your reasoning capacity is suspect. Could it be because you’re gay ? |

Simps and people who have lost their ways are all over the place in the US, pretending to be activists. These are just paid noise makers and freeloaders looking for easy money. MLK will weep over and over if he comes back today to see what liberals have turned activism to. Gone are the days when you read the word celeb and you’d think it’s some honest, smart, well brought up person with good home training that’s the likes of Mel Gibson and others. Nowadays what people call celebs are deluded, wayward, liberal idiots, who have become role models for thugs and drug addicts destroying the very fabric of our civilisation. So if you have many of them participating in some useless protest, do you think I give a rat ass what they’re doing in there? |
