Justin Dean, the estranged husband of popular Nigerian dancer, Korra Obidi, has said he had sued his wife and her friends for defamation, IGBERETV reports.

In a video on Facebook, Dean disclosed that a video that circulated recently on social media was recorded and released without his consent.

The video shows Dean insulting Korra in front of their toddler.

However, the doctor claimed he was set up by Korra and her friends, that they recorded his conversation to defame him.

Dean also in the video blamed social media and obsession with fame for his failed marriage.

He said, "Yes, I was set up in that recording, they did that on purpose, they did that to set me up and they are being sued for defamation of character. In the state of California, it is illegal to film someone and put them online in a derogatory way.

"So I will probably make half a million dollars or so after this lawsuit and they will probably not be able to pay it."

Justin also advised “Don’t put your family on social media; I can tell you that social media is responsible for all of these and obsession for fame. I don’t wanna be famous. You all can unfollow me .”

He also faulted his estranged wife's decision to rent a one-bedroom apartment, saying she is a millionaire.

"I don't understand why she got a one-bedroom apartment she's a millionaire; Korra is rich, " he said.

A man who married nine wives at once to celebrate free love has revealed he plans to marry two more women and wants babies with all of them, IgbereTV reports.

Arthur O Urso, from Brazil, hit headlines when he discussed his controversial marriage to nine women.

Now, after facing a divorce from one of the women, the model hopes to find two more ladies to marry.

One of the wives named Agatha said the idea of polyamory isn't appealing to her anymore so she intends to leave

Arthur said of Agatha's decision to leave: "She wanted to have me all to herself. It didn't make sense – we have to share."

He added: "I was very sad about the separation and even more surprised by her excuse.

"She said that she was missing a monogamous relationship.

"My other wives thought her attitude was wrong and that she accepted the marriage for adventure and not for real feelings.

"I know I've lost a wife, but I'm not going to replace her at the moment."

Now, with 8 wives, Arthur hopes to marry two more women to bring his total of wives to 10.

He admitted: "I have a dream – my wish has always been to have 10 wives. I only have one daughter.

"But I want to have a child with each one of my wives."

He concluded: "The love I feel for each of them is the same.

"I think it would be unfair to only have children with one or two of them."

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has commented on the recent agitations in the South-East region of the country, IgbereTV reports.

Speaking in an interview on Channels Television, Soludo stated that brute force alone cannot douse agitations in the region.

He further revealed that his government is setting up a truth and reconciliation commission as part of measures to tackle the rising levels of agitations in the region.

The Governor said;

“A time comes when you realise that you cannot shoot an ideology with a gun. When you see it exclusively as a law enforcement matter, then you miss the point.

“We got to engage them; we got to engage everyone to really understand the root of this.”

Soludo also said the commission will look into the root causes of the agitations and document those killed in the past few years due to the tensions in the area.

The governor further averred that threats are “existential” in nature and thus should not be papered over. He also called on everyone to help the government in proffering solutions to the challenges facing the nation.

Soludo added;

“We don’t want to treat all these people as statistics.

“To the criminals, we are offering an olive branch to repent.

“So, to them, we are also saying ‘We are not condemning you, sin no more. Come out today, surrender those arms, we want to engage you back in society’

“This is something that we need to engage very seriously and in an open manner to engage everyone, believing that everyone has something to contribute”

Veteran actor, Jide Kosoko, has rubbished claims made by some Nigerians that restive youths have learned vices such as kidnapping and money rituals from Nollywood movies, IgbereTV reports.

Following the alarming rate of kidnappings and ritual killings recorded across the country, there have been claims that Nollywood movies have in one way or the other influenced Nigerian youths into thinking that it is an alternative source of making money.

Recently, the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, disclosed that filmmakers in the country have been asked to avoid making money ritual content. He stated that the Federal Government's decision to sanitize social media is hinged on confessions of some money ritual suspects.

The spokesperson of the Ogun state police command DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi also stated that some of the suspects arrested said they learnt the act via Nollywood movies.

Responding to these claims, Kosoko in an interview with Channels TV, said;

''It' a wrong accusation. A very wrong accusation. People should not forget that we have a responsibility to mirror the society and this not just by ...we only try to mellow it with the entertainment.

It is our duty to let you know what happens at the other end for it to guide you, for you to be informed so that you can be able to know what and what to do.

We have heard of politicians embezelling money here and there. Are you saying that they learnt embezzlement in our movies too? All those people displaying money here and there, at occassions, at various functions. Are we the ones that taught them that?

In every production we would never glorify evil. Whichever movie that idiot that says he watched a movie that med him to be kidnapping, go and see that movie. What is the end of that person that kidnapped people? Why did he not learn from that and desist from going into the business of kidnapping rather than saying it is the movie. So it is not right. Russian president, Vladimir Putin is allegedly hiding his Olympic gold-winning gymnast mistress with their four young children in a private chalet in Switzerland, IgbereTV reports.

Alina Kabaeva, 38, who was once called 'Russia's most flexible woman', supposedly has four children with the 69-year-old Russian tyrant.

It is thought Putin has two sons and two seven-year-old twin daughters with the decorated gymnast.

The children allegedly all have Swiss passports.

A Texas man who had been sleeping with his sister, beat her to death with a baseball bat after he found out she had sex with another man, prosecutors said, IgbereTV reports.

Jose Manuel Guzman, 32, allegedly killed his sister in the Canutillo home they shared, the El Paso County District Attorney told the El Paso Times.

Guzman allegedly snapped after he learned of his sister being with a male friend who visited a night earlier. He then attacked her with a "massage instrument" and a bat.

Afterward, he tried to mop up the blood in the home and fled as he heard law enforcement approaching, according to the Times.

He was later arrested and charged with murder. He is in jail on a $1 million bond.

Prosecutors say Guzman is from Guatemala and a legal US resident, although he is not a US citizen. He has lived in El Paso since he was 3 years old and only recently learned that he had a sister in Guatemala.

They met and allegedly began a sexual relationship, according to authorities.

El Paso prosecutors said Guzman was a drug dealer with previous criminal charges, including a 2017 case where he is accused of breaking a man’s arm with a baseball bat and smashing his windows. He also reportedly has previous family violence and drug possession cases.

Reality TV star, Hazel Onou aka Whitemoney, has broken his silence about what happened to his relationship with his colleague, Queen Mercy Atang, IgbereTV reports.

During an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Rubbin’ Minds, Whitemoney claimed that their feud was caused by a misunderstanding with the fellow reality star which resulted to him being blocked on all social media platforms.

The businessman recounted the ordeal, claiming that he once used a blank image on WhatsApp while on an airplane, which was misinterpreted by Queen, who thought Whitemoney had blocked her.
