EFCCWhich one is "Jos-born" again? Are they no longer Igbo boys from Anambra state? ![]() Are they now from Jos? Na wa o. |
Kenelum jehova ndi nile obi ha di nma https://www.facebook.com/reel/1167690311101918 Gen Z won't know it and funnily enough it is not on Youtube. |
Every Nigerian should watch this documentary at least twice to see how things have not changed in Nigeria in 40 years. Everything she spoke about in the documentary in 1984 has either remained the same or gotten worse. Even Achebe that said he wouldn't leave Nigeria back then eventually left and stayed abroad for years before his eventual final retirement. In fact this documentary should be shown to every Nigerian. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-OzTxlstw8 |
So Hausa men go to school almost TWICE more than Fulani men, yet Fulani men rule them in the North? Hmm, e get as e be o. |
luminouz:Of course, ditto with me too. ![]() |
Gbogbowa:He has conveniently forgotten. lol Now the problem is no longer bad leadership at the center but northerners breeding. This movie is only loading... |
luminouz:Chai, see logic. Did the OP mention that the man was raised by a single mom? I would only consider your position if the OP confirms that the man in question was raised by a single mom. But even at that, I know MANY men who are simps and who were raised in typical nuclear family (where there's a mom and dad of course). I come from eastern Nigeria where single motherhood is rare, but I still see many simps. One simp I know is from a family of 9 and he is the last born. Grew up with mom and dad plus 8 other siblings, 6 boys and two girls, yet he ended up a simp! How come that is possible if your theory is right? Your theory at best wrong and at worst dangerously wrong. |
luminouz:Probably true (per the statistics, though I need to check that), but still that doesn't mean that ALL simps are people raised by single moms That is inductive reasoning. Example: Mr Simpson is a simp. Mr Simpson was raised by a single mom. Mr Simpson is a man. Therefore all men are simps. See the logic flaw bro? |
Oluromantic:Oga this your psychology theory is suspected quackery of the worst kind. What a logic LEAP! Simpism as far as I know is mostly inborn or inherent. There's absolutely no proof that persons raised by single mothers grow up to become simps. ![]() I've met A LOT of simps in my life and none of them were raised by single mothers. One simp I know is EXACTLY like this OP's friend and even worse. All it takes for him is a girl just dating him ONCE and he automatically gets hooked and be willing to take anything from her, just to continue the relationship. He is well to do enough, handsome, smart as far as I can see, and good guy. Yet he is a simp, and there are many others like him. BTW women can also be simps. Women simps are even worse and hard to detect, because the woman would be very reserved, until a man sleeps with her and bam! She becomes hooked and can never say no to that man again. We should be careful trying to simplify things of nature, because nature cannot be completely understood even by the best brains. The man should be left alone, but should be advised to marry so that he can keep his simpison IN HOUSE. |
Being Igbo I don't give a flying fck about any protest in Nigeria. But this protest is REALLY exposing those feeding fat on the collective pains of Nigerians. See all of them shouting "no protest, no protest!" Before they were all quiet while things went from bad to worse. Evil people. |
EmeeNaka:Just yesterday I was watching one heart-wrenching video about Nnewi roads, particularly the central business area roads at Nkwo. ALL of the roads looked like they'd been abandoned by successive Anambra governors since 1999. Ifeanyi may not be perfect, but he definitely was our hope for some form of redemption. He was ezigbo nwa afo Anaedo. May God rest his soul. |
Uchesis:I had wanted to give a more detailed response to you but changed my mind because it is a waste of time. I merely bolded the most ridiculous of your comments. My short answer to you is REAL STRONG MAN all have a PERSONAL divination method. My is dreams. ![]() I believe that God spoke to most strong men in the Bible through dreams: Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Pharaohs, Nebuchadnezzar, prophets, etc. Did you say "prove it in court?" hahahahahahahahahaha! ![]() |
Skooltynz:This is an EXCELLENT idea. As a matter of fact they should just change their Igbo names (personal names, town names, group names, etc) to ANYTHING other than Igbo as a way to send a clear message to the whole world that they are not Igbo. I mean how can a Kayode Olumide claim not to be Yoruba? Who is his right mind would believe that crap? ![]() For some in Anioma land claiming not to be Igbo, they should please change Anioma to Amoina (simply spell it backwards). That's enough to de-igbonize the name. We are tired of "nkita tachaa okpukpu, eze egbube ewu" -"after the dog had finished eating the bones, the goat develops tooth ache". Enough is enough. |
drnoel:Oga you are in trouble in Nigeria because your leaders lack spiritual insight. If any of them had any sign of spiritual insight, there would be 24/7 electricity. All developed countries were founded and run by peoples with DEEP spiritual cognitive abilities. That is why they are able to deliver things like universal healthcare, decent minimum (read livable) wage, decent and clean environments, functioning democracy, peace and security for everyone (instead of kill and go and terrorism ruling Nigeria). These are all products of spiritual cognitive abilities. Take your pick EVERY top country today was founded and run by people of faith of some kind. Nobody who lacks spiritual insights can ever dream of delivering such public good. Nigeria is ruled by spiritually illiterate (read Godless) people. So, next time you lament Nigeria, remember to add that you contribute to the problem with YOUR GODLESS mindset. ![]() |
Rexymania:Coincidence? Well, I said that it takes ability to discern spiritual matters to escape some of these things. I never said one needed purely logic. Logic alone would have guaranteed one sleeps with a devil. Not everything in this world can be scientifically explained. Human brain is severely limited in cognitive abilities. Sometimes you need "SPIRITUAL intelligence". |
Let me help to hammer home some of the OP's points, and I will use real life stories. Back when I was young and still available and roaming, I had two distinct experiences with "strange women". What saved me was that I've always been a spiritual person and always understood the point about strange women. In fact there is nothing I fear more than women. No blame me, na so I see am. ![]() Case #1: When I was about 21 yrs, I shared a bus ride with one lady while traveling from one part of Nigeria to another, and at the end of our trip we exchanged contacts and she promised to visit me. When I got home, that same night I had a dream, and in that dream I saw the type of shinning snake I had never seen before and it was making a weird hissing sound. Then I woke up. My dreams are mostly direct messages from God. What did I do after? I gave instructions to my people that if any girl came to look for me, they should tell her that she had the wrong address.. That was the end of that one. Case #2: I met one lady at a mall somewhere abroad. To cut a long story short, we connected and exchanged contact information. Again, that same night I had a dream, and in that dream I saw an entity that looked like "ekwensu" - a tall black dinosaur-like creature whose height was as tall as a four story building. When the entity moved, buildings around the place shook. Then I woke up. Nobody told me to again delete the lady's contact and never picked up any of her calls, and that was that! Nwanne, the world is a very very dangerous place where entities use women to do a LOT of damage to men who lack spiritual discernment. Suffice it to say that once I got married, I closed shop. Single men may not find it easy to avoid these troubles, but they should at least try, because the dangers are very real. This is part of why I am a FIERCE DEFENDER OF MARRIAGES, whether monogamous or polygamous. Anything that can keep a man at home is very much welcome as far as I'm concerned. That thing you want to do, do it inside your marriage. It is safer -by far! |
@Namaster The only advice I would give you is that wives don't fall from the trees. They are mostly products of men's preferred social circles. So, if you want a certain type of wife, you must consciously belong to the social circle where you find such woman. I admit that it is harder these days due to the menace of smart phones and social media. If I had the power, I would ban all smart phones in Nigeria. Damn thing is destroying our society in ways previously impossible. |
Namaster:Oga you dey vex well well o. ![]() But believe it or not there are still women who don't fck around. I know a few of them, and I'm lucky to have married one of such. So, good women are out there... A combination of prayer, good luck, and commonsense will land you one of such good women. But I understand your grouse tho' ![]() |
OfoIgbo:The bolded shows you how ridiculous the idea of a "South" is in Nigeria of today. These people think they are smart, but like I've always said, Nigeria na turn by turn. When they were haranguing Jonathan, throwing everything at him including the kitchen sink to get him out of office, they thought nobody noticed. Truth is that the North can do with Tinubu whatever they want, and nobody in the broader East would give a flying fck. He made his bed, let him lie on it. |
Contrary to what some people think, she will be very very difficult to defeat. Mark this post. |
Bayo Onanuga has shit his pants and ran away like the coward he is. The dangerous thing about these onanuga people is that what they lack in courage, they make up for in wickedness. They are natural cowards, so they became satanically wicked to cover their cowardice. |
Edygrin:The problem with your view is that there is NOTHING LIKE SOUTH in Nigeria. There is South west, and others. So when the time to eat comes, South west claims it alone. While the "others" foolishly divide and weaken themselves further out of idiocy. The North has spoken, and you must obey whether you like it or not. If you don't like it, too bad! |
