I listened to a speech by this new Senegalese President and I shed tears of JOY. The man is a dye-in-the-wool Africanist, and reminds me of the likes of great African statesmen of the independence era. He exudes philosophical depth and confidence. And to top it all, he is still young. Africa's future is bright. |
nWike has never tangoed with Anambra people, particularly the Anambra politician/business men. The likes of Arthur Eze, Emeka Ofor, etc. Nicholas Ukachukwu belongs in that group. When they said they will fight him till the end and win, nWike better believe them. And it doesn't matter which government is in power. These men work with all of them. They have long and enduring connections/interests and means to fight. They didn't get to where they are by touting around and drinking ogogoro. Meanwhile nWike will also learn that he will not be only fighting these Ukachukwus alone. He will learn. Tinubu will soon have to choose between 70 million Igbo voters and politicians and one drunken idiot from Obioakpor. |
CharlotteFlair:I never said they should "release it". I said that until those excess printed Naira leave (responsibly of course, which can only happen through more dollar importation after export) circulation (exported through goods manufactured using Naira), Naira will never appreciate. If for example I have an item in my shop that I bought for N1400 each when Naira was N1400/$ but suddenly Naira appreciated to say N700/$, what it means is that I have just made 100% profit in dollar terms on that item if i sell it for same N1400. If you extrapolate it to Nigeria as a whole, it means that Nigeria's GDP just doubled. But in actual sense Nigeria's GDP may have grown by say 4% or 5%, not 100%. So where would the difference of 95% GDP (in dollar terms) come from? The moon? Rich Nigerians are swimming in Naira currently. A piece of land in my village that I bought last year for N15m is now N30m, and people are ready to buy it within a week. So how can the dollar ever drop with all that Naira in circulation? Many rich Nigerians can buy almost anything priced in Naira today. You name it. That is the issue. Whoever printed all those Naira is responsible for this problem. |
The real problem is that too much Naira was printed in the past 12 months, and those Nairas are still circulating, having been captured by people with means (business people and others). If those Nairas are not mopped up responsibly (i.e. through production and export), there is no way Naira will appreciate. As long as TENS OF TRILLIONS of Naira are circulating, good luck improving the value of Naira, keeping in mind that Nigeria produces way less that she consumes. Whoever printed those excess Naira sowed the wind. Now Nigerians are reaping (and will continue to reap) the whirlwind. |
Dis eediatt sef. Why can't he and his type face their fronts for once? Kinda very annoying. |
The question is if this property is owned by a "Adulkadir" or "Adefemi", would nWike have the balls to demolish it? It doesn't even matter how the land was acquired. The only thing to say to nWike's types is that Nigeria is turn by turn. It will eventually get to his turn to be oppressed and abused. No be Naija? Na time. |
I'm EXTREMELY PROUD of Abia state for this accomplishment. These are the types of projects we need: WORLD CLASS projects. God bless Abia state! |
chieveboy:The question of Soul for Jesus doesn't arise because he rose again from the dead and still lives. Soul is what remains after death. Try another angle to prove that Jesus is human, which is really your ultimate goal ![]() |
chieveboy:@Bolded: No, there is a difference between us (carnal man, or "earth man" ) and Jesus. He is incarnate of GOD (his mother was not impregnated by any man to birth him) while you are incarnate of man (sired by your human father). Because he is an incarnate of God, he could do things that you as man could never do. For example, he can forgive sins (remember the supreme divine prerogative I mentioned earlier, i.e God can do whatever he wants?). You cannot forgive a man's sins except the sins he committed against you. On whose authority could Jesus forgive sins? You guessed right - GOD... because he is GOD INCARNATE. I like to cite this because those who say what you said miss this part. They say that we are all like Jesus (having God inside of us), but it is not the same. Even the scribes and pharisees of Jesus era thought he was blaspheming when he said he could forgive sins. And Jesus challenged them and ask them which one is easier. To say to another man that his sins are forgiven or heal them instantly of paralysis. Also remember the "Lord of the Sabbath" event? It is that divine authority of Jesus that Satan coveted and wanted to scam Jesus out of when he tempted Jesus after his fasting. To be honest, if I go into the full story of what Jesus is and what he came to do, I would have to write pages and pages of post. Don't tempt me if you don't want to read such long post. ![]() I like to leave snippets of what Jesus wanted man to know: Key things: For example, by your our own choices and actions, you are essentially making laws and are bound, hence judged by those laws you make. For example "For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you." Matt 7:2 It comes from where Jesus said "Judge not, that you be not judged". THIS IS A KEY MESSAGE OF JESUS, but most "religionists" love to skip it because they are more interested in lording it over(or controlling) others in an organized religion setting. That "Judge Not ..." rides on things like "Karma" to operate. Jesus is the most important "man" to walk the surface of this earth. Take this to the bank. One day when I have time, I will throw more light on these things to enable people attain spiritual transformation, hence glorification/ elevation which is Jesus main goal for coming ("So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God." Gal 4:7) |

I just checked and noticed that it is April fools day. |
wediehere1:In other words you agree with Nnamdi Kanu that we Igbo have no business being in same country with you. Oya release him so we go our separate ways. Thanks in advance. |
Here they come again with a new strategy. The more things change, the more they remain the same. If they can't score a goal, they move the goalposts. Which is exactly why smart people like myself NEVER and will NEVER own a property in Lagos, even if offered free. Like Snoop Dogg said "I'm too swift on my toes to be caught up with you hoes". ![]() |
RPG2020:You are only projecting. lol Of all good things about her, you only saw her nyash. Says more about you than me. Meanwhile let's not derail a beautiful thread. Obrigado ![]() |
chieveboy:I'm afraid that if I go into that your line of thinking, I would lose about 99% of the audience in the thought-flow. So, I keep things simple. I believe in one GOD within who/which contains ALL manifestations. They all exist within GOD'S "supreme divine imaginations". As referenced in the Bible "in whom we live and move and have our being". in God, there are Gods, gods, hosts of heaven, principalities, powers, dominions etc. People make the mistake of thinking that there are many GODS. It cannot be true because of many reasons which I don't want to get into for lack of time and space. What I can say as a Christian is that Jesus Christ (on earth) was an incarnate of GOD. Why do I say so? Because ALL of these powers, dominions, laws etc bow to his authority. For example, that is why Jesus said that he is the "Lord of the Sabbath" (meaning that all laws are subject to his divine prerogative). I have had other personal experiences to prove this point to myself. You have to take my words for it. ![]() |

Any proof of the outrage? |
Fareke:DEEP CRYPTIC WORDS. Only the "initiated" will understand it. Peter Obi studied Philosophy in the university and his words should be studied and deciphered by smart people. The key words/phrases are: everybody is in prison in Nigeria; freedom, redemption. If you know what Obi meant by these words, you will ONLY VOTE FOR HIM (or anyone who has proven to believe the same thing) in any future elections in Nigeria. He means well for you, but are you smart enough to understand it? That is the question. |
slivertongue:My MOST FAVORITE BIBLE QUOTE BY FAR. ![]() |
What gets me very angry is that Rivers state as large as it is is dwarfed by almost every of the 5 South East states in terms of human capital development, even in infrastructure. In whole south eastern Nigeria neighborhood, only Delta state somehow competes with South East states in development indices. isn't it funny that it is in the same Delta state that you find more people who accept being Igbo? These people should stop yapping about not being Igbo. WE HONEST TO GOD DON'T CARE and perhaps don't even want them to be Igbo because they would diminish/dilute our stellar statistics in human capital and other development indices. Ha nye anyi efe biko. ![]() |
I wonder when some people would come to the realization that the Igbo nation don't give a flying fk who accepts being Igbo or not. For example, South East (settled Igboland where no one has identity crisis of any kind) or "THE DOT" tops Nigeria in ALL development indices. Inside Nigeria, that "Dot" will rule the future, because of their hardworking nature and solid culture. Outside of Nigeria (if ever independent) that "dot" will rule Africa and the entire black race. Who has time for all these schizophrenics suffering from identity crisis? The eediiat n Wike woke up last week to start demolishing a huge estate being built by Nicholas Ukachukwu in Abuja, claiming that "Igbos should not own large properties in Abuja". Is there anything that would make a sane Igbo accept such lunatic as Igbo? Maka gini? Nansense and ingredients. ![]() Dey your dey make I dey my dey. WE DON'T CARE! |
chieveboy:Firstly I said that the topic is DEEP. To completely elucidate the whole points on this issue, I would need to write a book. lol I said that Karma is something that exists "within the realm of human consciousness". I chose those words very carefully God can operate within and outside of such realm - all depending on the level of spiritual vibration of the individual concerned. Or what I call "the relationship dynamics" between "God" and the individual concerned. You may not like religion, but religious books contain some of the most useful stories/illustrations/information about God. You just need to know where (or which book) to look and what to look for. For Christians like myself, one such story that illustrates this point is the story of Jacob and Esau. God said Jacob he loved, while Esau he hated. WHY IS THAT? I agree that God is NOT man. |
MadeINchenzen2:This is a deep topic, and belongs to the religious section. To answer your question: I call Karma the "universal constitution" that operates within the realm of human consciousness. God on the other hand is a being that exists beyond all laws. An example: A building engineer can decide to use burnt bricks, stones, or cement blocks to build a structure. He can also decide to use different types of bonding to hold the bricks, blocks or stones together. And so forth in this example... God exercises "supreme divine prerogative" (.i.e he can do whatever he wants). He can choose to forgive whoever he wants for whatever reasons. That is why he is GOD. |
One thing I love about Soludo is that he is a very brave man. A real lion heart. He has the "balls" to take on HUGE challenges. Onitsha had been neglected for years by ALL past Anambra governors because of the enormity of the cost of transforming it. But Soludo decided FROM DAY ONE to take on that challenge. For that alone, he deserves a second term. |
Bobloco:Bullharry is the most dangerous president Nigeria ever had. Under him, Nigerians were killed in their thousands by his Fulani militia while he feigned helplessness. Since Bullharry "bandits" took over large swaths of Nigeria, and current president is trying to address this threat. Bullharry couldn't even organize ONE presidential election. He had to rig them both. And when he was leaving, massive amounts of mess was left behind which tanked the Naira immediately the new president came on board. Not excusing Bala bluu because he benefited from Bullharry's dangerous legacy. |
Dpharisee:The BOY is just an attention seeking truant. Peter Obi is a God-ordained nemesis for his type. Omogoatry will eat grass in the end. ![]() |
The key to this case is in bold letters below: the plaintiff was not able to prove that he was acknowledged by the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu in the course of his lifetime, as his biological son .Bottom line is that a man must accept a child for purposes of inheritance in his will. Biological son or not. This should serve as a lesson to all those waiting to inherit from people that never accepted them. You cannot force a man to add you to his will. The only way for "real legal issue" to arise for such unrecognized child is if the man died intestate (.i.e without a will). And even at that, the said child has an uphill battle against the dead man's family members (wife, children, siblings). |
And she is a stunner. BTW why do men want to cover up what God created? Does it mean that God created the most beautiful things and wanted them covered? I keep saying it that man tries to humanize God. |
The "DOT" is the stone that the builder rejected which shall eventually become the head cornerstone. QED. Aka ekpuchi onwa means "human hands can never cover the moon". |
As for the "commercial churches" we have today, that is entirely a different story. I would impose heavy taxes on them and use the money to establish feeding and care program for the poor. I don't know about Mosques. I just know about commercial churches. Those churches would not even allow Jesus to preach there if he came there disguised. |
babasolution:To be fair to the Church, they built the best schools and hospitals in Nigeria before others. They also trained the first leaders that led Nigeria better (like in the 60s and 70s). I would say the bad leaders started to emerge in Nigeria when former Church schools were taken over by the government: Example DMGS (Anglican owned) and CKC Onitsha (Catholic owned). That was when morals stopped being a top priority for schools. That is why Peter Obi returned those schools to churches when he was governor in Anambra. And Anambra schools started again to perform better... There used to be "moral instructions" in schools, but it ended with secular government control of schools. |
