Plz can someone tell me how long it takes German embassy to reply appeal against visa refusal.. or if i can contact the embassy cus i hv waitd for some weeks now..

Yes they will require personal documents from you,they need to know that you will be returning to Nigeria after your visit,you have to submit documents that you have strong ties to Nigeria.If you are unable to satisfy the visa officer that you will be returning to Nigeria,you will be refused.

Your brother is only guaranteeing your board, lodging, financial support etc,the onus is entirely on you to prove you will be returning to Nigeria.

Accordin him that d embassy might not require any documents from me b/c he's backin me with his documents And d 2000euro they ask him to deposit in d bank in case if i overstay d visa,he'll be taken to court & also sieze d money.
