Bullish service?: I haven't experienced any service hiccup in like 19 months.
crazy security checks?: none except for when I bought hosting for a guy with my credit card and later the guy wanted everything (including the account) handed over to him. Then I removed my saved credit card details from the account and added another credit card. They blocked the account for suspicious activities and all it took to correct that was my scanned drivers license in less than 4 hours! Hows that crazy?
Renewal rate?: normal or even better if you know how to get coupons

Good advice but also, people hardly turn off javascript these days... i mean, what for? Again almost all mobile browsers run js.

For me its ok to use both, it reduces script run-time. If you run a big web application, there is probability that majority of your users will run the client-side validation. If the form (in this case) is validated on clientside and users fill out all that is required before sending it to your server, it takes away big load off your server.

Nigerian hosting company are not encouraging, because most of the design on the hosting provider websites are ugly, not well designed and crafted which make it look shady, poor user interface, they didn't take the time to design their sites. but most of them are cheap

i thought he should be worried about their hosting efficiency rather than their site design...

What are the values to be filled in the form and what exactly do you want your users to submit...

if you add the attribute required="required" in your text, password, and textarea fields, most modern browsers will validate on the clientside asking the user to fill out the fields if they are empty.

However, this is just clientside and can be spooked. Again, it doesnt ensure that the kind of input you want is only the one submitted from that field. To acheive all of the above, you must need a server side validation.
