My people |
Even though I am Yoruba, Women and children should be protected from Yoruba men and Yoruba culture. |
Majesty7:Dialogue is also a key tool of governance. It is state failure and nothing more if resentment increases in a region. |
If half of the country you govern is under travel warning, how do we explain it? |
My people and academic fraud are like bread and butter. |
Crocodiles don't stop growing until they die. |
EmekaA125:he did not. The north and south west are not same in size less you forget. |
Chief of army staff- Yoruba Inspector general of police - Yoruba Chief Justice of the federation- Yoruba Head Customs- Yoruba Head immigrations- Yoruba Accountant general of the federation- Yoruba CBN governor- Yoruba NIMC MD - Yoruba Admittedly this type of tribalism has never happened before in Nigeria. |
During a visit to one hospital in Abuja, I met a nurse. The patient I visited simply referred to the nurse as a Northerner, although the nurse looked nothing like so. It was the APC presidential primary day and as the results were being called, the discussion switch to politics. I wanted to know which party they will settle for as northerners, between Muslim -Muslim APC or northern candidate PDP. She seriously but calmly picked offence and nearly issued me a warning never to address her or her idoma people as northerners again as they see it as disregard. It was then I learnt she was an Idoma from Benue and her name was Ada. She further explained she could speak Ibo and that they've always wanted an Apa state and prefare it in southeast. They would've joined Igala in Kogi state she explained but nearly half of Igalas are Muslims. This got me worried as a Yoruba because this pattern strongly show among Idoma people I have observed. Since Benue is largely to the East what Kwara is to Southwest, why does Benue always show eagerness in joining the south or east while Kwara are more crazy about North than some core northerners? Benue governor pulled the state out of northern governors' forum Sometime ago but people from Kwara are trying to convince the Muslims among we Yorubas the need to identify with North. It is obvious the future of the yoruba race is imperiled if topics like self determination dominate debates in the nearest future. We have no friends and we need to realise it. Why does Kwara like north while Benue wants south? |

Since 1999, Kwara has voted with the north instead of we Yorubas. Since same 1999 Rivers has voted with the East. I am most times ashamed to be Yoruba. This has once again proven we view our own lives with the Igbo lense. |
Isn't it ironical that you are accusing them of deception while using an Ibo name to front same opinion. We have uncountable problems here in Yoruba land begging for our attention and you fellow omoluabis are obsessed with topics across the Niger. This is sickening! |
Propaganda |
Kindly quote a text from the said judgement |
Wawelexy:after zooming it naira will become equal to dollar. Your politicians know how to feed you the opium of emotions and sentiment. |
Hope Biden knows it's not impossible to lose next election. |
Sometimes when you go physical on people you forget that humans also have breaking point. The person collapses and you'll think it's a joke. At least it's her daughter, if it were some house help, human rights organisations would've been everywhere by now. |
Omenlon:Nigeria was far better than Germany and would have beaten them decisively if they met. Your parents are the idiots. |
Pepperdemisback:U go explain taya |
Pepperdemisback:you go ask taya |
Agbeyangi1:the hardluck following your country made you people lose. They were the best team in the tournament. They were better than England but England will win the tournament because anything that will bring glory to Nigeria seems no to have a nod from God. |
We Yorubas have no friends |
I am a Yoruba but whoever wrote this is a complete idiot and hypocritical lunatic pretending to love Nigeria and it's institutions. Was it not Tinubu that made a controversial remark that he would no longer tolerate judgements that run contrary to his beliefs. A president and the chief enforcer of the constitution made such statement that was condemned by the NBA and somehow that escaped the above writer's memory. Suddenly the post of some unknown persons in the social media became a worry to him. Hypocritical hawkers of morality who assume their own bigotry to be nationalism. We are watch how this country won't Implode with this attitude. |
The US is becoming too divided. They can pretend all they want. |
My people and backwardness. Looks like a witchcraft environment no offense to us. |
We Yorubas have no friends. |
Only very few non-yorubas know that the Yoruba nation is under a curse placed by alafin Aole in 1836. |
I'm sure he voted for the mobile oxygen in aso rock. |
Interesting. This is how world war starts. Don't overestimate the maturity of the 'whites' |
What do expect when a convicted drug offender is their president and role model? We need a value system overhaul in Yorubaland. |
Hmm |
If the country doesn't start dialogue soonest, violence and it's attendant proliferation of arms will affect everybody. Believe me, it will not take time before non state actors completely overwhelms the country's armed forces. It has happened to more powerful countries. Nigeria's own is not a matter of "if" but "when" Having ethnic champion as the president of a country who rely on armed milita (like our son Tinubu is doing) is considered the most valid excuse for seperatism. Let's watch. |
