I wasn't.... I asked the guys there. The ones that do debriefing. They didn't disclose. I even ask for their digits which they didn't give!!!

Don't doubt! I'v done my research internally, while you only 'think'. Bargaining power is out of it. They have their scale and won't alter it for some smooth-talking, persistent prospective employee. And as regards experience: If X had 3 years of experience, and earns 100k presently, while Y with 2 years earns 150k. Do u think X would be paid as much as Y, let alone X earning higher than Y, all because he has more years of experience?

Well, perhaps you're talking from an inside info so i wouldn't argue cos you may be right!
Am only talking based on what i feel I've experienced.
I think (Tho maybe wrong) that these companies have their fixed pay, and would only step it higher depending on your years of relevant experience. But they have fixed pay they pay all staffs in the same level! As i said, i think#.... Cos it wouldn't make sense paying X 200k and Y in thesame position 80k just because Y's previous was 60k and X's previous was 180k.... You get?__
So i think they should have a benchmark for same position as a firm but could step higher for those experienced!

I might be wrong! But this applies to most coys i know

Anyways in its entirety, the interview was okk, I had fun with the panel and also learnt alot by asking them questions on IE

I doubt that.... I think it depends on your experience and bargaining power....

Not really.... Not so much! i have experience in the same role in another distribution company just like IE. so when they saw my cv, it was more like chatting with a colleague

As I said my expected pay, the lady just shock for seat. She later asked what if I'm offered something lesser, whether I would still consider... I said NO

bro, just be calm. the questions you'd be asked won't be anything you can't give answers to. questions like 'let's meet you', 'what do you know about IE?'. also, remember to smile. i met a guy there yesterday and he hinted that there will be a second interview more like the final interview. unfortunately, i couldn't collect his number so one can call him for updates. but if you can, by all means, please do. his name is david. all the best man!

And to the op.....I understand your pain perfectly....I've lost two pets in the past to illness within the space of 2months....I can't still explain the pain I felt...losing bruno and dino was devastating and it has scared me out of getting anyother pet despite my love and admiration for dogs....
I hope u overcome the pain and anger and apply ur experience in handling ur next pet (I hope ur nt scared of getting a new one like me)
