Presently, they have issued me a fine of N40,000.00 to pay into their First Bank Account

Have you picked ur MasterCard?can you use it?cos I opened an account, got a MasterCard and cldnt use it...been almost more than 4 weeks..they said its a new card(silver banking) and they are having issues linking it with MasterCard..is it same card you got?

I just read about your refusal about 5 times but the changes you have made so far will make you look like an applicant that wont return...now that you have a marriage certificate, hope you didn't fill single when you applied first.

Before you go next...look through the pages...someone posted a transcript from a guy in India that was rejected like 5 times but got it at the 6th time...you can read through it and use his aproach..might jst work fr you

Seems there is a new policy working against PGC/PGD applicants now or Canada just dont want Nigerians coming to Canada via PGC/PGD again, so na to find MSC/MENG Admission now and same time have a back up in another country or apply very early as early as January for Sept Entry ( since someone already said same thing happened last year)

wishing you guys goodluck as CIC seems to be bouncing now...just got a refusal based on Purpose of Visit and Current Employment Situation.

I submitted employment letter, pay slip, i studied information and communication technology...worked as Network Administrator and going for PGC in Database Administration .

Just burnt almost 100k money

I applied online 11th June and tuition payment deadline is Aug 9th ( otherwise i lose the admission as the school does not do deferral). I am yet to hear anything as regards my application.

is it wise to mail CiC and let them know my tuition payment deadline is just 3 weeks away? ( at least if i get medical invite now..i can go ahead and make payment)

simply means, application reviews are done on Monday's and Friday's
thats when they decide to ask for medicals or sent refusal.

They asking me to get a letter from the CIC stating i would not be using their school to reapply as the matter don tire me. Please how do i contact CIC? i have sent emails to lagosimmigration@international.gc.ca. No response.

Please someone help. I paid my full fees of 14k at 145 naira and this refund wud be at 225 naira or so. Make i start my business than waiting on some perilous people that would keep your passport for 14 WEEKS! MY PP don grow bear bear sef with valid UK and southAfrica visas inside.

Hi...i really dnt knw what you mean by native or hybrid. I just have an idea and I want an app for it...i will refer you to similar app in countries like USA,UK and Australia..its jst to adapt it to Nigeria and unfortunately...most smartphones OS in Nigeria are 1)Android, 2)blackberry 3)IoS and 4)Windows

That's in order of usage. I dnt have a budget yet...i will explain and you tell me how much you want to charge

I will be needed the App in Android and IoS for now...Windows and Blackberry will come later depending on market acceptability.

I have been a follower of this section,I must say you guys are doing a great free service .
Please I got admission to Lethbridge college for an IT program that suites my career line. I have four years experience as an IT pro. I got US student visa in December but didnt travel due to some circumstances that was beyond me and they moved my resumption to fall (Also got married that december).
So now am preparing my application to the CIC in June and I already paid half of my tuitions . My Question is:
Do i need to mention in my SOP why i didnt go to the USA with my student Visa in January and while i suddenly switched to Canada school?
I am using my brother as sponsor AND he is only providing sufficient statement of account, No land and all other documents, would this matter to the CIC if I only submit his SOA without his properties documents?
If I apply in June, can i get my Passport back on before August ? Just in case I am denied so I can proceed to the USA for my study.

to be on a safe side...do omline application as you will not need to submit ur passport

on the other hand...its not guaranteed you would get response by august since app takes 14 weeks now. think through and decide, maybe you jst go to your usa and when you are done their..can move to canada for a higher degree if you still so desire
