Hmmm. Weed doesn't save. Give your life to Jesus the Saviour of your Soul. What shall it profit you to own the whole world and lose your soul? |
Ok |
If SANWOOLU doesn't sack the MD of Lagos State Environmental, they will ruin his government las las. Nigerians are already at the verge of giving up, and this one who has an evil vow to push more businesses into collapse and throw more workers into joblessness is working day and night to cause another gbege. You better leave businesses alone let them manage themselves. Running on Diesel alone unimaginable yet u keep shutting them down |

There is fire on the mountain but noone seems to be a running |

It is such a pity. Rest in peace to the small boy. May God comfort the Mum and Dad. The schools using highrise buildings must immediately do full handrail from down up in all balconies. And also do strong burglary proofs in all Windows. By so doing no child can fall off. |
These Lagos state officials appear like agents of poverty lately. They keep on closing markets, closing businesses etc on flimsy excuses. The way Nigeria is now, they are supposed to be using huge funds to inject into small businesses to multiply and strengthen them. Instead they are shutting them down. They are now moving from one eatery to supermarkets and locking the tyres of their customers packed in front of their premises! Who does that? This is pure wickedness of the highest order against businesses |

Okay The Federal Government should sign a Build-Operate-Transfer Agreement with me to build the universities and run them for 100 years. Then Transfer back to them. That is the best decision that will make them work. This Government cannot even fund the existing old Universities on ground eg Unilag, ABU, UNN, UI, OAU etc are shadows of themselves. One faculty of Unilag for instance is supposed to be like Covenant University as a whole. That is what will show that Nigeria is serious about her future |
Lol |
tolue42:So it is water grasses that you use to know where canal or drainage needs to pass? ![]() I am done replying |
That house was not built on any drainage or canal channel. You emotionally excited nonprofessionals will start shouting to high heavens so that the Lagos state Government would demolish the innocent house of an innocent man. If you see my red line, that is where the canal will pass. The Government was supposed to have done the canal long ago. So that the whole surface water you see on the ground there disturbing those houses will be conveyed into the lagoon. But since they defaulted as usual and absconded and abdicated their primary responsibility, those innocent people are suffering the flooding of their legitimate compound. If the owner of this land is here, kindly inform me to do a Flooding Impact Assessment of the area so you could take it to the appropriate Agency of Government to come and do the canal. That house is not blocking the canal channel nor the street drainage at all.

Okay. If you have the allocation and don't know what t do with it, kindly contact me. I would help you manage it. Put tenants and pay you. You don't even need to bother yourself with tenancy issues or even be based in Nigeria |

Supreme Court sold its soul when it brought number 4 to become number 1. That judicial abracadabra has never been witnessed in history of any nation that practices Democracy |

You see those states that attracted Zero Foreign Investors, as soon as you submit a proposal to invest or bring an investor, they start being jittery and treating you as a Gubernatorial Aspirant for an election that is 4 years to come! Before long their assassins and thugs will start aiming at the person. |
Lolz If you people de-emphasize collection of money and focus on approving buildings withing 72 hours for small ones and 1 week for bigger ones, EVERYONE will get approval before construction. But instead you charge exorbitant prices and then you drag it till infinity |

Xxxxtentacion2:My dear Nigeria is not a failed Nation. Nigeria is far bigger than the Polititical class running things. See, all the Politicians the run things are not even up to 100,000 persons. Nigeria is more than 200 million HUMANS who eat daily and breathe every second. The man in Asokoro is fighting his own personal issues. Family issues, health issues, and numerous issues. Don't equate him to Nigeria. If Nigeria is failed, all of us would have been refugees in other Nations. |
