Some of us here thinking oliverjaid has apologised seems not to read this thread from the first page, the first apology statement was sent on Feb 6 at 12:59pm after which he went into temper tantrum with amdman and every other people that critisized him on the thread.

He just copied that same message and posted early this morning. That message means nothing if he did not do the job he was paid to do.

Such people needs iron hand, if you take it easy with them, they will keep taking you for a fool.

This is what you should have done from the very beginning of this thread, better late than never though.
I encourage you to do everything within your power to make sure container is cleared next week as promised.
Amdman please be patient for one more week, we all expect him to deliver on his promise this time.

After Customs exit note is obtained, shipping and terminal charges are paid within 24hrs and container is out in 48hrs tops. You have obtained the Customs exit note since January 28. You did not pay shipping line charges until February 6. Till now, you have not paid terminal charges. I sent you additional money to pay demurrage since Tuesday and today is Friday and you have not done anything.

Now you are saying container will be out next week. Who will pay the demurrage charges from now till next week? What is going on?

I am very surprised too. I expected better from Amdman. From the look of things he (Amdman) failed to research the guy properly, cos if he had done so he would had seen complaints on Nairaland that pertained to the quality of his services. I think this guy will delay this shipment as long as he can. It is also very possible he is working in cahoots with Amdman's detractors. He is simply not interested in resolving issues but insists on going around in circles like a blindfolded rat. Plus he is not even making sense, bringing irrelevancies into the issue and excuses upon excuses.

Amdman I fear you don enter one chance. Kindly find a way to clear your shipment without involving that idi0t. After, take him to court if you can and recover all you paid him. Stuff like this makes me very disappointed in Nigerians.
