stanliwise:This is a most unfortunate hypocritical statement that lacks any sense of critical reasoning. In case you have never heard of it, there is something called "The Greater Good", and it supersedes whatever is "good". In this case, evacuating 50 people from a highly infectious incurable virus zone is good, but NOT risking the lives of over 150 million people is the greater good. Nigeria's densely populated cities with stone age prehistoric medical facilities CANNOT survive an incurable airborne coronavirus epidemic outbreak. They should have left Wuhan sooner when it was getting clear how dangerous the virus was, even if not abroad they could have gone to other Chinese cities that were not ground zero. Now, ground zero, aka Wuhan, is already on lock down, thousands infected, their government over stretched, they say it has gotten so bad that the infected are being dumped into medical camps and left to die, hundreds of body bags daily, bodies are being incinerated and cremated because the Chinese government is now trying to cover up their pandemic crisis from the rest of the world to prevent their economy from crashing, melting down and slipping to a recession they might never recover from. Right now, they are probably infected already, or not. We don't know, but evacuation from ground zero is too late at this time. If you think that is heartless, well don't you think bringing the virus here within the shores of 180 million people is more heartless? Do you think China that put Wuhan on lockdown is stupid? Do you think Chinese officers going around arresting infected people are stupid? If they don’t do that early and fast enough, the virus will destroy their country. But since you're so kind and loving, can you find the nearest leper camp and give those lepers a hug? They have been ostracized from larger society for a similar reason. Since you're not heartless, maybe you can invite and bring some of them into your home ![]() |
SLAP44:A president that is a media spokeman for bandits aka killer fulani herdsmen. Buhari is the biggest mistake ever to happen to Nigerian leadership. He was a mistake as head of state and that was why babaginda removed him by coup before he spreads his disaster tendencies across the country, and fast forward to now, Buhari is still a horrible mistake as president, so horrible Obasanjo became a letter writer to warn the country and the world about such a calamitous leadership Nigeria was facing under Buhari. |

Uyi168:To know meaning of that statement. I don't want to believe you have comprehension issues. |
BlueAngel444:God doesn't change his PERSONALITY. He is who he is for all eternity, like it is written He is the same yesterday, today and forever. But God did and does change his mind about whatever he feels like changing his mind over. Earliest case of this was like when God said it is not good for man to be alone. So you can see God obviously changed his mind there. Because initially he created only Adam. He could have made them both from the beginning, but initially Adam alone was his intention. Then he changed his mind and made Eve too. |
Uyi168:Why would God regret anything? That is logically and illogically impossible |
Mikehot:Do you know that Idi Amin quote, "Freedom of speech is guaranteed, but freedom after speech is not guaranteed". Well, it's kind of analogous to what we (humans) have with God, 'Freedom of choice is guaranteed but freedom after choice is not guaranteed', so essentially you have to choose wisely. God doesn't change our choice, our free will is always guaranteed, we have the sole right to make our choices, but after we make those choices, God reserves the sole right to reward or punish us for the choice we made. We have the free will to make choices and God has the free will to judge the choices we make. |
Uyi168:He did know the outcome, and that's why David was his plan all along. Remember, Jesus was a "blood" descendant of King David, and not Saul. As for Saul being king, The people wanted a king, out of their rebellion against God because up until that time, Israel never had a physical king, they had judges and God was their King directly. But they rejected God as king and demanded for a physical king like other nations. In response to their rebellion, God gave them Saul, the kind of king suitable for rebellious people. So the King Saul project was never going to last, because God hates rebellion. And later Saul would rebel against God just like the people he represented. |
BlueAngel444:Amos 7:3 The LORD changed His mind about this. "It shall not be," said the LORD. Jeremiah 26:13 "Now therefore amend your ways and your deeds and obey the voice of the LORD your God; and the LORD will change His mind about the misfortune which He has pronounced against you. Jonah 3:10 When God saw their deeds, that they turned from their wicked way, then God relented concerning the calamity which He had declared He would bring upon them. And He did not do it. |
BlueAngel444:The Lord repented simply means, THE LORD CHANGED HIS MIND! |
Mikehot:God doesn't regret, how can God regret anything when as God he has power to change anything and do anything? Smh! |
Blindersoff:So praying for God's judgment against the wicked evil devilish people kidnapping and murdering thousands of Christians and preachers in the North, burning churches and their homes is hatred and division, huh? Smh! How can you compare Oyedepo and Enenche to Miyetti? When did the Bishop and pastor ever preach hate? Speaking against all the horrible killings of Christians in the North is hate speech to you, and they should keep quiet while they continue to kidnap and murder their people, according to you is the way to promote unity? I need a Thanos button on Nairaland ![]() |
Nigerians should ignore the claim but their foot soldiers boko and killer fulani herdsmen are running rampage all oover the country trying to establish the claim. Perfect example of taqiyya. Believe this at your own peril. Audio lecture |
How did we get here, where Elections no longer count in Nigeria and the power od the people to vote and choose their leaders has been destroyed. How did we get here that it is now the supreme court that choses who becomes governor and who doesn't with horrible unjust judgements? The vote of the Supreme court panel of less than 20 people now determines who wins elections instead of the vote of millions of voters. Dictator Buhari regime has finished Nigeria democracy completely. |
Jones4190:And more money will be wasted to conduct elections |
From one horrible judgment in Imo, where total votes the Supreme Court passed to Hope was greater than the total INEC acccredited voters, to another horrible judgment in Bayelsa where the people's electoral power to choose their own leaders is cancelled and their choice removed because a deputy candidate forged documents. Is it not the deputy alone that ought to be removed or substituted with someone else? So if Osinbajo is guilty of forgery, will the supreme court remove Buhari too? The supreme court under Buhari has gone totally bunkers, a national shame and disaster with evil judgments that turns justice upside down on its head. Everything under this Buhari regime has turned into a disaster, even the Supreme Court. |

Omg!!! Is she sick or is she dojng drugs? Loved her songs way back. She was such an inspiration. |
Joystark:A good bargain? So N36m is a good bargain for you if you find the cure to a virus that can reduce the population of the world from 7 billion to 300,000 in one year? Wow, that means you're the most naive bargainer on the planet ![]() |
Ordinary N36m for a virus that has put China in quarantine, a virus that made America declare a national emergency after just 3 cases, a virus that Europe is shutting inbound and outbound flights over, a virus that has reached 5 out of 7 continents in 2 months...? If i found the cure, maybe i'll wait till three-quarter of Nigeria is infected and then we can negotiate whether you can pay me $300 trillion USD in cash or you sell Nigeria to me for the cure and all Nigerians relocate and leave the country for me and my sugar baby . I will mine and extract all your natural resources from every single corner of the land, then re-sell the remaining skeleton graveyard to the Chinese for another $300billion USD as their dump site. Because once a shithole, always a shithole. Can't build a paradise on accursed lands. I will go buy off Eritrea and Ethiopia and build a paradise there. The End ![]() |
But what exactly is wrong with men of nowadays. They can't even die for their wife in peace, they don't even want to defend their wives with their lives. What happened to all the "Baby i will die for you" speeches and promises said when you were chasing your girl? Smh! So it was all a lie? |
And the coronavirus claims its first victim in Japan. God help us. Anywhere they are, i cover my loved ones with the blood of Jesus. This pestilence will passover us, it will not befall us by God's grace and power, amen! |
omoharry:Yes, india has a recorded case of the coronavirus. 3 confirmed cases reported so far |
RapistOnBail:But how can you call these 3 Romantic movies? How? ![]() |
oyewale0001:Exactly. |
