I have checked the dictionary but have seen nothing in relation to this.

Depends on the context of usage. Like if I call a friend or someone who showed solid character a real OG, it means "Original G" and G in this case means a genuine person, a homie, a nigga etc. Like when you say this guy is my G etc. So a real OG is an original homie, a real nigga with solid character or good person with straightforward character, not a snake or deceiver. Someone who doesn't live a fake life is a real OG, someone whose yes is yes and no is no, and his word is reliable and can always be trusted is a real OG, someone who's not going to betray you or smile to your face and say sh*t about you to others behind your back, is a real OG, someone who doesn't pretend and deceive you and cheat you behind your back is real OG, someone honest is a real OG, if he has N1 he will tell you he has N1, and not be pretending like he's a billionaire if he's not.
