I have a situation going on in my life right now with the woman that I love and i need your perspective in this situation.

To give you some background, my girlfriend and i have been together for almost 5 years in a mostly long distance relationship as i left the country after the first year of meeting her. When I finally found my feet abroad, I started sending her about 40k every month as upkeep money even without her asking. I have been consistently sending her this upkeep for about a year now and have never asked nor received anything in return.

Few weeks ago, my girlfriend mentioned that she needed a shop to expand has fast growing business as working from home is no longer convenient and she is beginning to loose customers as a result of that. I was really happy to hear that and promised to give her my support.

She eventually found a store that cost about N300k per annum and indicated that she had saved about 240k and needed about 150k from me to cover the remaining rent fees, agency fees, admin fees and minor renovations. I pledged to send her the money this week and as a man of my words, i intend to send it.

However, somethings did not sit right in with me and I inquired to know how she was able to save 240k as she had never ever mentioned having that type of money saved up. Before i sent her monthly upkeep money (40k), i always inquired to know how she was doing financially and there has never been a time where she mentioned she was saving money or have 240k saved up somewhere. As a matter of fact, she has never indicated to have more than 10k at any point in time

To end my doubts, i asked her send me a screenshot of her bank statement showing the savings and this made her really upset to the point of going into a rant about "lack of trust" in the relationship. Mind you, i have never asked her to send her back statement before and have never been the type to distrust the things she said as she has never really given me any reason to. I have always been supportive and the one time I actually needed some "assurance" to quell my doubts, she wasn't able to provide it.
At this point, I feel there is some level of deceit on her part to get some money from me.

I also asked her to send me picture of the store and she said she didn't take any picture when she went to check it ...

Last week, i told her to apply for a passport and wanted to send her like 80k to do that as my goal was to facilitate her eventual relocation to join me but on Saturday, she told me that she prefers the money goes into getting her store set up and she can always apply the passport with the money she makes from her store... hmmmm

Tell her she can trust you with anything and you won't condemn her if she opens up. No need to block her or cut her off because of this. For you to be already planning how to help her relocate abroad means you have already seen some good character in her. Don't let little miscommunication gap end what is good. Human beings did not originally appear in all the different zones or continents in this world from the beginning of our existence. Even science knows this. We were yet to span the entire Earth. So when the Bible talks about the world being flooded, it was not the entire geographical world in actual sense. It was the world of humanity. The flood covered the geographical location that the human population had expanded to, and so it was actually some part of the world that experienced the flooding, not the entire world. Then your idea about the rain measurements for rising water levels is also flawed. You see, science tells us that about 2/3 of the planet is made of water. So basically, you don't really need an ocean of rain to cause a catastrophic flood. You just need some steady and consistent heavy rainfall and it will trigger the flooding. Because the flooding isn't going to come from the rain water. NO! The flooding will come from the rising ocean/ sea water levels. The ocean / sea water levels in this planet has a tipping point where if reached, then the world is in serious trouble and capable to be sank underneath. The Big Bang Theory speculates that at the beginning, there was a single dot of concentrated infinite energy called a singularity, that came from a powerful explosion (Big Bang) out of which all matter was formed as the singularity kept expanding and cooling, and galaxies, planets etc and everything else in the universe derives from this. Science has proven the universe has background cosmic radiation, which proves that the starting point must have been very very hot, and nuclear explosion is befitting to match the description since radiation is involved. How does the Bible highlight this? In Genesis 1 it says the Earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep. Some people think the Earth in that place connotes the planet Earth. No, it is actually the universe. Because the universe is a long stretch of infinite darkness. So in reality, Genesis 1 actually is, In the Beginning God created the heavens and the universe.... Then the second part (the big one), it says and God said let there be Light (English translation), but if you read the original Hebrew, the word used or translated from is Yehi, which actually in the literal meaning would supposed to read as, And God said Let light exist. That light that came to exist is the Big Bang science has been speculating. Many get confused because it later says God separated the light from darkness, called the light day and the darkness night ...etc and then they think that light or that day = sunlight and night = night time. But it isn't, that's wrong perspective, because if you study further at that point, the Sun had not been created. It was in later aspects or points of creation that the sun and "lesser lights" were created, from which we derive night and day, which is a function of the time zone we operate or function by. So this initial "Light" that was called Day (translated) and the Darkness called Night are not the normal day time light or night time darkness. It was just rendered like that or rendered in a way that we could relate with with our understanding. Jesus came and said, He is the Light of the World, and then we are told about Jesus that, In Him was Life and that Life was the LIGHT of men. And we are further told that all things were made by him and for him. So essentially, if you study the scriptures, you will see that Light = Life and Darkness = Death. In a deeper context, they have this inference. So what was actually separated in the first part the Genesis creation, were the dimensions of Life and Death. And the Light that God said let Light exist is what science describes as the Big Bang explosion, because it was from that Light or dimension of Life that the and the Light is an infinite energy source of life energy that came from Jesus from which physical matter life for everything in existence came from. So with deep understanding of scriptures you can actually see that the Bible highlights the Big Bang theory. Some people think creation that Genesis describes is a single sequence of events. No, it is not. It is a collection of separate events that was narrated into a single description. Genesis 1:5 (English translation) goes on to say, And the evening and the morning were the first day. But if you study the original Hebrew, there is a very subtle difference that is easily missed. The Hebrew puts it in this way, And the evening was, (comma) and the morning was, (comma) first day ”. Do you notice the separation in its rendering? And for someone like me, my rendering is And Life was, and Death was, the first day = And the dimension of Life was, and the dimension of death was, the first day. I hope you know Day here is a figurative description, not the literal 24 hour day that we use. If you study further, you will realize that all through the separate events and sequence of creation, it keeps repeating that phrase, The evening and morning were the 2nd day, the evening and morning were the 3rd day, up to the evening and morning were the 6th day etc and we are then told God rested on the 7th day, there was nothing like the evening and morning were the 7th day. Because the 7th day is the realm of eternity and there is no "evening" or "night" there, there is no dimension of death in eternity. Nothing dies in that realm, it is a singular realm of Light or Life only. There is a world of knowledge underneath those letters in the Bible. So don't just be reading the letters of the Bible, or you will miss the best parts.

Well, in this case, the "many Christian brethen" were not the ones that said this discovery makes the Bible look untrue. YOU DID! That's why my question is directed to you. Your comment suggests that your viewpoint is that the Bible looks untrue because some bones from the paleozoic era were found. Why not own up and defend your own claims about the Bible looking untrue because of this and prove it.
