Nice one..... But how has Kano been the most peaceful state in Nigeria for the last 5 years? Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's a lie or not, I just want to know how did they arrived at that conclusion, which rating system, which statistics data etc. Because it would be so nice if there was actually a factual theoretical rating model available to provide such statistics in Nigeria. legitnow:Nigeria doesn't have the clout or political power to make a direct decline. They won't "decline" outrightly. They will agree to it, BUT then the person to be extradited can stall the process through the courts and then the FG will claim it can't act because it has to obey the court order, and then if the person is wealthy he will double his security to protect him from abracadabra kidnap arrest and ship to America by Interpol or their NPF agents here. That was what Senator Buruji did with OBj govt when they wanted to extradite him. This tactics works for the wealthy, it won't work for middle-class or lower. 1 Like 1 Share |
