Carlos Queiros should better look for magic to fix this Ghanaian team in less than 10days…with the way Wales take pin them and knocking them around for their box 18….is this how they wanna face England and Croatia….Especially CROATIA
And the team is well motivated o, with each player receiving $100k in appearance fees for the World Cup.

Dude has been playing for their B team all season. Why not call up Issac James who is based in Portugal or Samuel Isife if they need reenforcements? Me i no just understand some of these callups. I hope its fake news from owngoal cos some of these callups are not making any sense.
He may turn out to be another Benjamin Frederick. We wouldn't be talking about Benjamin today if Chelle ain't extended an invitation to him while he was still playing for Brentford U20.

But why would Chelle come out and just cast Osihmens transfer

How did he think his club or fans would take that

That was really unprofessional from Chelle not like Osihmen is actively working on a transfer on the table
Likely, it was an excuse given to him (Chelle) for not being available for the June friendlies. I doubt the coach would just cook that up himself.
Whether it was a flimsy excuse to avoid the friendlies or whether he was genuinely working on a transfer, time will tell.

Exactly, Portugal will roll out their heavyweights and they are easily a top 3 best national team in the world...a window like this would have been Chells's biggest game of his managerial career and a chance to test his best players against the very best in the world...but alas, his best players let him down. I could see the sinking disappointment on his face when he was asked about the Portugal and Poland games.
Someone asked on X whether Osimhen has ever scored an open play goal for Super Eagles against any team outside Africa. I started scratching my head... lol.

With the new electoral law, that is not possible again. They already contested under APC.

PoliticsRe: Senator Ovie Omo-Agege Resigns From APC by opes: 10:21pm On May 27
press9jatv:
Omo-Agege’s Move from APC to NDC Is a Political Mistake and Miscalculation

He is decamping because Abuja connections failed

I’m not surprised, but I am disappointed.

I just saw the news of Former DSP Omo-Agege resignation from the APC. To be honest, I saw it coming.

He wasn’t happy when Governor Sheriff Oborevwori moved into the APC.

He became scared because of the value and impact Oborevwori brought to the party.

He knew he had no path to the governorship, which is why he settled for Delta Central Senate — knowing fully well he couldn’t win, since the people of Delta Central have seen the achievements of Sen. Ede Dafinone.

He boycotted the APC congress and primaries, disrespected the Governor, and hasn’t attended APC meetings since the Governor joined the party.

When he lost the primaries, he moved to Abuja working on his connections to turn the result but unfortunately, he connections failed and that is why he is moving to NDC.

I’m disappointed that Omo-Agege is moving from APC to NDC.

This will be one of his biggest political mistakes.

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s achievements are enough to give APC candidates a strong advantage in the 2027 general elections.

In fact, if Sen. Ede Dafinone contests against Omo-Age in 2027, he can relax.

The 2023 governorship election, APC congress, and APC primaries already showed that Omo-Agege has lost touch with reality.

I know he’s hoping to ride on a “Peter Obi wave” and thinks it can carry him to victory since the elections are on the same day.

But this is 2027, not 2023. The political opportunities that worked then won’t play out the same way now.
Omo-Agege will be disappointed at the end of the day.

I also hear that Ned Nwoko is moving to NDC.
None of them pose a threat to APC in Delta State.
In fact, they’re welcome to the contest.

I know they’ll be disappointed — because I’m already disappointed in their decision.

Ossai ovie success ✍🏼
Both Omo Agege and Ned contested primaries already under APC, I doubt if they can contest again in another party based on the new electoral act..
PoliticsRe: Oyo Governorship Race: Why Accord Party Disqualified Oriyomi & Gudugudu by opes: 2:08pm On May 27
The target is Oriyomi Hamzat, they don’t want him on the ballot. He has a fair supporters particularly among Class D and E voters, and they believe he will split the votes because he left the PDP to contest under Accord.
Who is Gudugudu? A Seyi Makinde loyalist… hmmm.
They are playing the game locally, yet they always accuse the APC of not wanting opposition parties on the ballot.

Was nurudeen appointed before oganla moved from ikorodu to 3sc or after.
3SC poached key members of Ikorodu City’s technical and media teams following the club’s impressive debut NPFL campaign.
In their fixture in NPFL in just concluded season, Ikorodu City fans were mocking 3SC for copying their projects, it created a rivalry between the two SW teams.
Kudos to the coach though, such are the new names expected to manage our age grade national team, they bring new ideas unlike the recycled names.

Young man, I am a die-hard Tinubu supporter and I don't expect a dime from the government, I support him because I see the great work he is doing.
Something you obviously don't have the capacity to comprehend.
This young man call Chief Priest lost his election to a fellow Igbo man and he still said he lost because he was Igbo. Was the winner a Nupe or a Jukun man? Was the the winner not his fellow Igbo man?
Not even that he lost to LP or NDC, but to a fellow APC candidate who is also the incumbent.

Those numbers look fake

Last election Sanwoolu got about 750K in general election, Makinde got like 500K

How can Sarafa get 500k in a primary
But Seyi wasn’t the only one who contested in the 2023 election. Almost 900,000 votes were recorded. Teslim Folarin of APC got around 257,000 votes, while Adelabu of Accord got 38,000 votes.

PoliticsRe: Lere Olayinka Mocks PDP Faction Over Screening Of Goodluck Jonathan by opes: 7:03pm On May 19
Why is Seyi himself contesting under APM and not PDP? His faction is pushing GEJ to contest in an already factionalized PDP, yet he secured his own ticket under APM. He is even talking about a PDP-APM alliance, so how exactly will GEJ campaign?
These people are just confused.
