labamo07:If your idea is unique and you know your onion, you'll not be unnecessarily scare of talking about it to others. I mean if your idea is original, no matter what, people cannever get all the jokers that I'll give you upper hand in a forum like this.So always feel free to express yourself, it has a way of buiding you up. |

Great Loss to the Nation. A very honourable man. May his soul rest in perfect peace. |
I'm interested in this. Please send the pics to mercifulola@yahoo.com. Thanks |
Lawyer, Great work.Keep it up !!! I have subscribed into one of the estates and I know it will appreciate in the nearest future (I pray it will be very near). For people like us, our concern is to confirm the availability/authenticity of the documents. Na wa o for Naija. Is there even a single sincere person in Nigeria? God will help us. |
Bros, you no wan sell this car? It's over a month now that I offerred 1m. I'm still waiting if you're interested. Cheers |
mcmatt:I'm sure you have his contact, tell him about this allegation and let him come here to defend himself in the forum. Other Nairalanders will advise him on how to post his account history, let him come out to prove us wrong. |
If MKO cannot be immortalised then June 12 should be recognised or do you guys also think June 12 should not be mentioned in Nigeria's political history?. |
I just need to say it loud, let us appreciate good things. We all know we need real standard medical service and this man is partnering with this organisation to achieve this.It is not going to be funded by the state, it is IPP, government will provide some amenities land among other things while the organisation will fund the building and the equipment, same for the Silverbird Cinema and Shopping mega plaza under construction in GRA (with Shoprite) Amaechi has been a blessing to the state judging by my 8 years experience in Port Harcourt.I have never seen any serious effort in developing the state the way the young man is going before.BMH that was almost moribund during Odili era is in an enviable state both in equipment and structure, I have been there lately. This is aside several Medical center he's buidling aggressively in all LGAs.If you have been to PH lately, you'll see massive road construction activities in almost every part of PH. It is just recently after the renovations and upgrade that I noticed public schools in PH because all the while they where like junk yards. These among other things are what this guy has done and still doing.I want to say categorically that these kind of development has not been seen in Rivers for more than 8 years and I think this guy should be commended. He might not be as good as Fashola or any other Governor in UK or US but he's one of the best in the country now and we should encourage him to do more. Sometime a little appreciation is needed to get more !!! |
Take 1m and let this car go |
Happy Birthday Seun !!!. You will live to see the weddings of your great grand children. Meanwhile, thank God it's friday, where are we celebrating it? |
samparian:Bros, 5m for 6br duplex?, how you take do am? are you sure they used quality materials? I spent 6m for 3br and I think I've done well.I beg give me your contact make I tap from your experience. |
It is amazing that Akala wants to build public toilets where people don't even have water to drink and government cannot provide water.Pipe borne water does not flow anywhere in Ibadan. If you have been there recently you'll see how people carry buckets and jerry cans around searching for water. Who says N5m is not too much for toilet? I can authoritatively tell you that with N6m you can finish a 3br flat with 4 toilets and washing hand basins, I mean standard fittings.I stand to be challenged on this !!! except he's planning to have megatoilet stations with 20 toilets, but I can assure you that what we'll see at the end of the day will make people mad. I wish him well however, Fashola and Amaechi are setting targets for governance and responsible governments should key into it instead of embarking on projects that will not have serious impact on people. There are thousands of things to do in Oyo state to improve the welfare of people and he should wake up and work. |
lysaa:What do you mean by unnecessary proliferation? If you read and understand the request from the author then you'll appreciate why I posted that. See his request "tell us what you know about all this FOREX trading 10-30% daily return on investment gist this man promises" and this request is to know if he's real or a scammer, and we must be able to clearly establish who he is to prevent others from falling into his hands. The fellow and his apostles are still all over the radio stations promising gullible people like my friends what they cannot do.Are you now sayiong we should not establish how he is treating people for them to learn from? If you're one of his people come out to defend him or advise him to pay these poor people insteaed of complaining that this is unnecessary propagation. Have you ever lost 100,000 before talkless of a 1m? or do you know what it means to loose such huge money after the huge loss suffered by most of us from stock?. I do not have any reservation for propagating this if that will stop him from deceiving and cheating more people. |
Ops E:Learnt that our dear Mr Forex has been relaxing in UK since 2 weeks ago while my poor friend is under pressure to settle his bills. All his effort to reach him has been unsuccessful. What a cruel way of treating people !!! I pity my man, he's really miserable now, he doesn't even know what to do. |
O boy look before you leap o.Most guys are just feeding us with lies on this forex thing. I don't believe it's possible. See previous comments on such arrangement. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-270358.0.html Cheers |
I am interested.I guess it should be 30 ton.How much are you selling and how soon can it get to Nigeria? You can mail me on mercifulola@yahoo.com. Cheers |
Lailah !!! |
switchmax8:500-700k for a truck? That sounds ridiculous.I don't beleive that any good truck will be less than 2m, anyway best of luck. |
stagger:But tin the real sense, do they get 2 trucks per day?. Maybe to be on the safe side one should be looking at 1 truck per day or do you think 2 per day is realistic? |
Beautiful car !!!. Can it go for 1m? |
Can I take it for 1.8m? |
ifyalways:It has been promise after promise and my guy still wants to give him sometime. He told me he promised this Friday.I'm praying for favourable outcome because e go affect me too if he eventually lost that kind of money now |
I know a friend that invested with him and for close to 2 months now, it's been one excuse or the other. He invested N1m to get N3m after 6 months and this is getting to 8 months and he has not seen 1 kobo. The guy has been lamenting since a month a go.I don't trust anyone !!! |
Dem don come o !!! |
Forex is sweat but there are so many con guys in the business, even the guys that disturb our radio airways everyday are involved. I know a friend that invested with the so called Goodness (Prof Forex on radio) and for close to 2 months, it's been one excuse or the other.Imagine if he had used his N1m to buy a small car or even go on holiday (8 months ago), at least it would have been money well spent.I also have my bitter experience with David and Nonsos of this world, anyway God dey. Some Nigerians are indeed terrible people.God saves Naija. |
Make e come first |
