This is not new at all, alot of students submit blank exams script, during test, some also submit blank script if they can't copy from coursemates. My heart goes out to them, some really do try their best, read for hours, but nothing will enter, some once they enter exam hall, everything will just vanish and they are blank again, may God see them through.
