I think most people in Nigeria have reduced the definition of government to “how you can mingle with the people”. Some don’t care if Fayose doesn’t pay 3 years salary. As long as he cuts ponmo, fries gaari or buys from roadside roasted corn sellers, they are okay and he’d remain their best governor ever.
