Two, Oshomole has been suspended as APC chairman.
Three, PDP is obviously on ground in Edo controlling more Senators, House of Reps members, Local Govt chairmen than APC
Four, Obaseki is the incumbent Governor now unlike 2016 election.
Five, Edo APC is still under the control of Obaseki so much still has to be said about the authenticity of the candidate to be produced by the party.
Six, Obaseki's govt is not owing salaries and pensions, at least the common man will have every reason to vote for him.

In a new twist to the crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress, the party’s National Working Committee has ratified Abiola Ajimobi as the Acting National Chairman.

It also disowned Victor Giadom, insisting that his membership of the NWC ceased when he resigned to contest the Deputy Governorship position in Rivers State.

The APC National Vice-Chairman (South-South), Hilliard Eta, who addressed the media soon after Giadom left the party Secretariat, said preparations for the Edo Governorship primary was on course.

Is there a Caveat in the APC constitution that excludes NEC or NWC members from ward suspension?

APC Constitution says if you are suspended, you have 7 days to appeal.

Oshiomhole didn't....The Court affirmed, he waited another 72 days before taking the matter to Court. Does the APC Constitution not negate members from taking matters to Court after not exhausting the Party's internal mechanisms?

ajumobi remains the duly appointed APC acting chairman, because he was nominated by the zonal chapter of the party to fill a vacant position of the zone. it doesn't invalidate the decision of NWC because it wasnt rejected by NEC.


Apart from ajumobi Hillary Eta is the next in line as the vice chairman of APC deputy chairman south. Giadom is wasting his time.

ajumobi appointment was ratified by APC NEC, it was oshomole that delayed the confirmation of the new national officers of APC.
