The letter of ban lifting doesn’t have the chairman’s signature and can’t be considered as being genuine. If they were wise, what they could have first done was to impeach the ward chairman loyal to Obaseki with the simple majority vote they had at the meeting. They would then go on to lift the ban on Oshiomhole. The letter would then have the Vice Chairman as the acting chairman, not that nonsense they did.

Those teaching Obaseki the moves are seriously smart, fantabulous and doing well.

chairman dont need to delegate powers before ward executive meeting with hold, in the absence of the chairman the vice chairman can represent, and the secretary is there to take the mins with the majority of ward executive on seat, the chairman will be served the copy of the resolution. Even the chairman can be impeached if the majority support to impeachment

the supposed court order only exist on social media cos the court process have not been served to all parties involved 2 days after the alleged oluwole court order was posted online.
A critical look at the oluwole court paper, exparte is 7days in law, the first one was in 16th of march by extension of two weeks it will be 30th of march meaning it is has expired already.

Abuja highcourt ruling is even a forge paper cos the applicant of the case ( salihu) never went to court. The forge paper said the Giadom acting chairman has been extended.
An exparte order is 7 days.

The first exparte order of was on march 16 to allow Giadom act as chairman for 7 days for the purpose of calling NEC meeting to remove oshomole-.
NEC meeting which is the purpose of the order has been postponed indefinitely meaning the order can't be enforce again

The allegedly extension of the ex parte order for two weeks should be from 16 to march 30 meaning the order is useless cos we re now in june20.
If the exparte order was truly authentic what is stopping the abuja high court to serve the parties involved in the case court process from the sitting almost 2days ? If Giadom dont serve the court process who will enforce his court claim?

All this crisis rocking apc now is a sign that they will come out stronger before 2023. They already know their weakness and causes of the problems so it makes it easy for them to solve. APC is a part.

PDP be too will have their own internal crisis at the long run and it is left to be seen whether they settle it before the general election.
The earlier the better for both parties to have and resolved all their internal crisis before 2022.
