TRADELYN: Your proposed research topics are not well-written. This would just make anyone that reads it more confused cool

For instance, #1 It should be rephrased as: "FINANCIAL STATUS AS A FACTOR OF BEEF CONSUMPTION PATTERN IN ONDO STATE.

#2 The word 'factors' makes the scope very wide. You could pick just say 'technology, illiteracy or poverty as a factor.

Project topics should be very clear and simple, especially for academic purpose.

WE hope this helps?

ogaofficer: you can help your child to achieve that goal he has been dreaming of, in the sense that you both can dialogue on how to achieve the goal whereby your child will be comfortable with the ideas you both have agreed on to achieve that Goal . . . . . Both of you must be comfortable. . . . . For example the National conference between F.G and Nigeria is a win/win deal. This will help build a great savings into your child emotional Bank acct. I really wish you could understand me better.
I got you right boss,thanks ,it's a good idea
FamilyRe: The One Thing I Would Do Differently As A Parent by orimahspence: 8:50pm On Jul 30, 2014
ogaofficer: Most of us learn to base our self-worth on comparisons and competition. We think about succeeding in terms of someone else failing--that is, if I win, you lose; or if you win, I lose. Life becomes a zero-sum game. There is only so much pie to go around, and if you get a big piece, there is less for me; it's not fair, and I'm going to make sure you don't get anymore. We all play the game, but how much fun is it really?
Win-win sees life as a cooperative arena, not a competitive one. Win-win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Win-win means agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial and satisfying. We both get to eat the pie, and it tastes pretty darn good!
Thanks for this wonderful explanation, but I still seem not to understand well, please can you provide a case study of Win-win and win-loose, and how it's applicable in ones relationship with children, thanks
PoliticsApc : A Party Without Ideology by orimahspence(op):
Is the All Progressive Congress [APC] an opposition political party in Nigeria? I don't think so. They should stop priding and parading themselves as one because they are never one in the true sense of the word. They are no-match for the ruling People's Democratic Party [PDP] and that is the plain truth. If APC think they can square up with the political machinery of PDP as we approach the 2015 general election, then they must be swimming in the lagoon of self deception and political hallucination. As we speak, all the political apparatus that APC is relying on is crumbling like a pack of cards before their very own eyes. And it is only a matter of time before the ruling PDP will completely sweep APC with the same broom they are wielding as party symbol out of the political scene in Nigeria, and that will include the clearing of every vestige that represent the deception called APC in the southwest, the northeast, the southeast, the southsouth and every geopolitical zones in Nigeria. No apology to apologists of APC, this is the bitter truth. APC is a deception from the very beginning of the noxious amalgam they called merger. And Nigerians are beginning to see the wicked ambition of the so called merger that brought all the demagogues of ACN and CPC together. It is not based on any ideology. They keep talking about change when they themselves are not in any way a living example of the change ideology in all the states under their control, and more to that, announcing themselves as a representation of change. An aberration that the people can clearly see, and they have had enough of it judging by the Ekiti state election of June 21, 2014.

I and every right thinking Nigerian need no magnifying glass to see the massive corruption and financial embezzlement that is going in all the APC states, but when it comes to talking about this same issue of corruption in government the same APC politicians will find it convenient to point accusing finger at the PDP led federal government as corrupt. Of course, a democracy can not thrive without a viable opposition. But when we are talking about political opposition in the true meaning of the word, then APC will not in the same true sense qualify to be mention as one. Far from it.

Is it about their style of governance in the southwest? specifically Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo etc. Or should we call the leadership style of the PDP governors that decamped to the APC as ideological opposition? The truth is they are not there to alleviate the sufferings of the people in their states."He is an unskilful physician that cannot cure one disease without casting his patient into another. He that can find no other way for correcting the errors of his people but by taking from them the conveniences of life, shows that he knows not what it is to govern a free nation"-Thomas More [7 February 1478- 6 July 1535], in his book Utopia. That explains it. APC has proved themselves anti-people as long as the people are concerned in the issue of people's oriented policies and governance. So, why claim to be the opposition and a better alternative? when the truth is they are worse than the ruling PDP. They have unleashed more economic hardship on the people of their states than the 5 plus 8 year regimes of military dictators Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida and late Sani Abacha added together. I see no reason why a state government that claim to be welfarist will construct road and use the same road project to milk the people dry in the name of toll fee collection. Before the emergence of the APC government in the southwest of Nigeria, Nigerians paid toll fee on federal roads in the country and there was never a time they complained about exorbitant toll fees, even when at that time the military was in power. If indeed PDP is bad, then APC can never be a better alternative. I stand to be corrected, market women, businessmen and subsistence entrepreneurs [e.g, commercial motorbike riders and commercial transport bus drivers] in Lagos and other APC states have been disadvantaged with APC's government style of multiple tax collection. What actually makes an opposition party relevant in a democracy is their ideological disposition against that of the ruling party.

A situation where the so called opposition party thrives on falsehood, sabotage, and blackmail against the ruling party is a clear indication that they are bereft of ideas. Lies can never be a good political tool in the hands of any opposition party in a thriving democracy. If you ask me, I think it must be conceded that a political party ought to have proximate aims, measures which it hopes to carry in the next session or the next parliament, as well as a more distant goal. That is what we mean when we talk about ideologies contained in party manifestos and policies, which is indeed a good tool in the hands of any thriving opposition political party in a democracy. But what do we have in the case of APC? Everything about them is loads of lies. In fact, lies these days is synonymous with the spokesman of the APC, Alhaji Lai Muhammed. Every word coming out from his mouth is a cascading waterfalls of lies. Rather than keeping himself busy by telling Nigerians what the APC as a political party has in store for Nigerians he goes around fabricating falsehood against the ruling party just to win the people's sympathy. Their criticism is always non-constructive and Nigerians are beginning to separate the seed from the shaft. What is simply left of the APC is the remnant of a political reign in the southwest that will soon go into extinction and by extension the same fate at the national level. A wise follower of the party ought to be reasonable enough to see this imminent shipwreck that is about to befall their political party and abandon ship to the ship masters of APC. The demolition of APC by PDP indeed began with the Ekiti state election and the ruling party is about to crush the structure of the party in Osun state. By the time PDP is through, APC and their supporters,be it regional or national, will not recognize the force that smashed them just like the Germans did the Brazilians in the semi finals of the 2014 FIFA men's soccer world cup.by ebi amboh

Could Nyako Have Been Saved from his Political Debacle?
The truth is that former Governor Nyako of Adamawa State had created more enemies
than he could handle at domestic level. Professor Jubril Aminu, who
lifted him out of relative political obscurity from former ANPP and
brought him into PDP and gave him power on a platter of gold, is now alienated from Nyako. Aminu was devoured by the same man he gave power effortlessly. Other PDP stakeholders such as Bamanga Tukur, Atiku Abubakar, Buba Marwa and all other stakeholders who were once Nyako’s
allies deserted the former Governor because of his greed for power and inflexibility. Professor Aminu fought a political battle against former Vice President Atiku Abubakar in order to install Nyako as Governor. As soon as he found power in his grip, Nyako forgot where he was coming
from. Like a Piranha, he started to devour his original friends and
allies. Like a cormorant, he hijacked the entire PDP structures in Adamawa State, sending his original friends packing and reeling, and politically emasculated them and rendered them irrelevant. He has a
talent for turning friends into enemies. As his insatiable greed for power respects no boundaries of moderation, he consequently alienated himself from valuable friends and allies. He doesn’t believe in give and take. He had antagonized so many people that saving him from impeachment ultimately became a herculean task. He started fighting
former PDP National Chairman, Bamanga Tukur because Tukur had attempted to stop him from the habit of putting party structures in his pocket and
thereby stifling free and fair election as a result of that practice.
We should not ignore the factors at home front that worked against
Nyako. In fact, Nyako himself publicly admitted that President Jonathan had no hand in the plot to impeach him. Instead, he was vaguely blaming a so-called Abuja based politician for allegedly sponsoring the impeachment against him. Never once did Nyako admit that he could have
contributed to his own political ordeals. Why is it that even his fellow APC Governors could not save him, despite the resources and influence at their disposal? Nyako is his own worst enemy. Atiku Abubakar admitted his limits in helping Nyako on the grounds that he didn’t influence the election of the lawmakers bent on removing Nyako. They are not his
loyalists. Could Atiku have saved a man who had thoroughly exhausted his goodwill? Nyako is not a team player. Worse still, he is notoriously treacherous, a reputation too dangerous for political survival. He had
betrayed so many people so many times that he was ultimately abandoned to his fate, left in the lion’s mouth by friends and allies antagonized And alienated. He was left to carry his own cross. Nobody could have saved him. Politically, he seems like a patient with terminal illness who no doctor could have saved despite their best efforts. Former
Governor Nyako’s greatest undoing in the final analysis was his April 2014 memo to northern governors in which he recklessly alleged that the Boko Haram terrorism in the country is a genocide agenda against the
north by the Jonathan administration.
How could anybody in his position reasonably make such unsubstantiated inciting allegations? Why should any sensitive leader play a Russian Roulette with our national security
for the sake of playing to the gallery? His national stature and public image sank to the lowest ebb as a result of his thoughtlessly
insensitive and incendiary letter. Now he fell from grace. that should be lesson to other Nigerian leaders
