Religion / What Is Life? by orish(f): 12:17am On Apr 22, 2016 |
What is life? They say it's from B to D. From Birth to Death, But what's between B and D? It's a "C" so what is a "C"? It is a choice. Our life is a matter of choices. To the above, I would like to add one element that gives life meaning. That element is E, where E means Effect. Granted that life is about the choices made between B and D but it is how they (choices) impact particularly on others and the universe as a whole that gives life it's definition. Take for instance, Socrates, Aristotle, Isaac Newton, Michael Faraday and the list continues experienced B to D but what keeps their existence alive today is in the effects of their choices. Your life might not be about where you are headed after all but what you left behind. |

Education / Someone Said The Article Below Carries A Massage Of Suicide. Is It True? by orish(f): 7:10pm On Apr 10, 2016 |
Death is release from life's curse. Curse of struggling Struggling to have everything Everything is an illusion Illusion created by greed Greed blinds the eyes of simplicity Simplicity mostly attracts happiness Happiness is often saddened by the complexity of life Life is the totality of experience Experience teaches that we live only to die Die from our hopes, dreams, aspirations, our belief............... Belief is laced with uncertainties Uncertainties breeds fear Fear of the future, of failure, of who we are Are we ever going to find meaning of life? Life is a curse and the freedom is in death. Philippians 1:21 (b) says, “ to die is gain.” |

Business / Re: Best Nigerian Bank For Business Account by orish(f): 3:52pm On Apr 03, 2016 |
I would advise you to open with Dianond bank. They have other value added services tied the account to promote your business. They hold seminars for business account owners and educate them based on their various businesses. Such seminars allow for networking as you tend to meet other business owners there. Their internet/mobile banking is the best as you can carryout swift transfers from the convenience if your home 24/7. 1 Like |
Politics / Re: El-rufai To Suleiman: Mention The Day I Will Die by orish(f): 9:55am On Apr 03, 2016 |
Saying that someone would die is a fact because people die, that's natural but stating the date, the manner and time at whuch the person would die is a revelation. Dear apostle Suleiman, we await your prophetic revelation. You failed once during the time of election, please don't disgrace your congregation this time around. 1 Like |
Travel / The 10 Categories Of People You Find In A Lagos Bus by orish(f): 12:47pm On Apr 02, 2016 |
* The sleepers: These set of people can be very obnoxious; sleeping and falling all over you. When you nudge them to behave, they apologize but don't stop. Most of them have passed their bus stops as a result of this syndrome. The conversation for sleepers usually take the form below; Sleeper: abeg where we dey? (Your village) Passenger: cms Sleeper: ah! How we take reach cms? (We fly reach cms) ohhhhh but na costain I dey go na!!! Like most Nigerians who lack the tenacity to take responsibility for their actions, the sleeper puts the blame on the helpless conductor. Sleeper: conductor why you no fit call bus stop?. Meanwhile the conductor has been shouting various bus stops but my dear sleeper was in his village market buying crayfish. * Fighters: They can fight anyone in the bus. Some have gone as far as slapping a nonuniform army man. But na inside barracks their story dey take shape. These set of people can take off their clothes to boxers or underwear level just to fight the conductor over 10 naira change. If you as a passenger talk for the matter, dem go beat you join. * Loudspeakers: This humble category is graced with the football/ politics (the Buharians versus the Goodluckians) commentators, the people who can share their life history on top of their voices within seconds of boarding the bus, the loud callers on the phone, etc * The beggars * The liars: They would shamelessly tell the individual on the other side of phone that the bus just got to yaba. Meanwhile, the bus is just leaving okoko. * The preachers: sha no say you go donate offering at the end of the preaching. * The o..bo....le people: They scream o bo le at every bus stop. When asked of their destination, they would say Ajah meanwhile the bus is just getting to lekki phase 1. * Space consumers:They are the heavy weight champions; the type some conductors don't like to assist. They can take up a space meant for 3 persons and still expect the remining passangers to squeeze in and everyone is paying the same fair (that is injustice in red suit. It should be pay as you weigh). When you say 'madam abeg adjust', her reply is usually 'no space oh, just manage we go soon come down'. They love sitting with tiny people they can oppress. * The sellers: to them, the bus is a market place. They usually start with preaching and crown it with 'oga buy this medicine for kankaraka performance..... Madam na the medicine wen go cure your irregular mensuration be dis. Cure your lapalapa today!' Some of them lack the decency to cover their mouths with handkerchief, spraying you with every possible fluid in their mouths. The cheats: They don't like to pay the bus fair. They always have excuses like 'abeg this place too tight, wait make I come down I no dey run. I no get change oh, na 1000 naira I get etc. Please share your experience with these set of people found in Lagos buses |

You had some good points with your arguments but I couldn't ignore your fallacious statements. "All Nigerian men cheat" "Nigerian guys stink" "All men tend to be egoistical" The aforementioned statements are hasty generalisations. 2 Likes |
Business / Re: Dollar Scarcity: Parents Of Overseas Students Weep In Banks by orish(f): 11:43am On Feb 20, 2016 |
WO! They have not seen anything yet. They better send their children back to naija to study because nobody can save them from this forex scarcity. These same children would study abroad and come back to Nigeria to intimidate the rest of us that studied here. These parents contributed to the dropped in value of naira. They make money in naija and pump it abroad. Why dem no go suffer the fruit of their labour? This is a practical example of cause and effect |

From the plenty 'she doesn't want to', you could tell that she isn't ready to face reality. I personal think you should give birth to your child and get a job to support yourself. You have annihilated enough pregnancies or dont you think so? Life sometimes can be tough but you have to face it square. |

Politics / Re: Kogi Guber: Audu Will Return The N11bn He Stole If Elected - APC Chairman by orish(f): 12:14am On Oct 05, 2015 |
In essence, He is asking Nigerians to vote for a thief on the grounds that: (a) when he wins, he would return the previous money stolen and (b) nobody is a saint. The moral of this statement therefore are 1. stealing should be encouraged and 2. Nigerians are dumb. 2 Likes 1 Share |
