I have in mind of going into paint production. I want to know how profitable the business is and the requirements of setting up a small place for such production. Op all I can see is that the guy is a confirmed scammer, if not that you called him out here and people intervened your money would have gone. Just move on with the one he has given you but NEVER delete this thread so that it will serve as a reference point to whosever that wants to deal with him anytime again.
