Dbs is not up to £60 but some employers collect dbs fee from applicants. It’s wise to do the update service so you don’t have to do another dbs every year.

When you receive your DBS in the mail. It’s better you register it for update service within 7 days. You will pay £13 for update service for a yearly.

...many of these dorm care homes dont care about u..... the thrend happening now is they are not renewing their licence once theyve collected enough from plenty pple...they jappa to nigeria or another country and use ur money to buy plenty duplex in lekki and still hve enough money left to paint town red

.. many pple are stranded now, looking for another employer before their 60 days widow will close.....most of them were not even given shifts to work when they arrived...... some pple even used their personal money to pay back these evil sponsors for tax...yet they chop everything

All this travelling with minor kids is always an issue

When u are at work who would take care of the kids


It's easier to say u and ur spouse are travelling and when u get to Port of Entry plans change

With this u gave to show u have made enough plans to take care and accommodate thise kids

After a legal divorce the courts grants sole custody of kids if requested

Try and get that ASAP

Guys please I need your input on this. I got my COS, now am applying for VISA as a carer. In the English section of the application I ticked that I have a UK degree equivalent taught in English and that I have the degree certificate. Now at the end of the application it says it is mandatory I submit ECCTIS certificate to prove English Proficiency. I don't have that. What I have is IELTs UKVI with band 7.0

Can I just go with the IELTs for the biometrics. I can't be paying for ECCTIS when I already paid and got IELTS. Hope this won't be an issue. I need your inputs please

Stop misleading people, there no such law that requires dependant to provide pcc. Go back to UK immigration acts and if you see such, I will give you 10k. Wrong information is bad, If you are not sure of something, go back to UK website and check.

Where in Nigeria can I go and lay a complaint in person? Is it in TLS VI or UK Embassy in Walter carrington?

Tier4Dependant has responded correctly.... the employer will report to home office about the dismissal...because they usually want to get the money they paid for your years of sponsorship/immigration skill charge....

Then ur 60 day clock start ticking....as home office will notify u...

u must get another COS and apply b4 the 60 days ends or leave the country....... dont go home ooo...if u travel to naija..they wont let u in even if ur 60 days has not expired....

This is very simple you can order your siblings to act as their mom or father or your family friend that old enough to be their parents . But that passport office they first visited as cast maybe they should try another one.

Baba I have. I didn't do the application. A relative there did it on my behalf. He was supposed to hand me the COS but he hasn't, even after completing visa application. I'm not so conversant with the process baba mi
