I used my Notification of Result & transcript to get my admission
When submitting document at the UKVI �� can I still use the Notification and transcript? I graduated in 2016
I can’t get the original certificate from sch yet, due to ASUU strike

It will fly since that was what you use to get addmission.

I tried with my 2 cards Access Visa and GTb master card but it kept on declining. I was attracted by the rate too. I guess it doesn't work for me

Yes you can. In fact, I did exactly as you are asking, though I'm still waiting to be debited. Used UBA business account, and paying for spouse too.
For business account, you re using TIN in place of BVN as in personal account. Like for BVN, you may find your TIN not updated with a working email. If that's your case as it was mine, you can still update that. Then also, I using the Business letter head, wrote and uploaded an Authorization to debit Letter.

Honestly I don’t see a need why you had to attach a bank statement from GTBank to justify why you were refused a visitors visa last year. All you had to was send only statements from accounts bearing your POF. Sending two statement of accounts for different reasons led to these
