After reading through the reasons for the judgment, almost everybody (lawyers and laymen) will agree that if anything went wrong, it went wrong with INEC’s failure to proactively disprove the 388 polling unit results rendered by Governor Hope Uzodinma. In point of fact, INEC tendered nothing to contradict the results tendered by Uzodimma.

The second thing that went wrong was that Ihedioha’s lawyers simply alleged that the results were forged but they never tendered any evidence to prove their bare assertions. Pray, how can you accuse someone of a criminal offense (forgery) without proving it beyond reasonable doubt. They didn’t even present anything at all. Nothing!

Further, while Governor Uzodinma made credible assertions that elections were held in those 388 polling units just as they were also held in the rest of the remaining polling units across Imo State, neither INEC nor Ihedioha’s lawyers could contradict that or explain what happened to the votes scored in those 388 polling units.

In any system of elections, there is a presumption that elections held in all polling units. Therefore, anybody who asserts that they did not must the one proving such, not the other around. It is thus proper that this presumption, being unchallenged, had to be resolved in favor of Uzodinma.[b][/b][color=#006600][/color]

I don't know if IPOB retarded brainwashed monkeys can comprehend this simple analysis. May be I should spell it out for them in IGBO and hire an Igbo language expert to come and drill it into their empty skulls.

I told you before that if Amotekun officers should start arresting all criminals (kidnappers, armed robbers, thieves, rapist, murderers etc) in the SW, 90 percent will be Igbos and Yorubas and other minorities may be 10 % . But going after Fulanis is more politically expedient simply because the Buhari is Fulani.
The ignorance of the black race is more evident in Nigeria most likely due to the fact that we make up 20% of the black race.
Pls implement Amotekun and go after all criminals in the SW, I guarantee you that in the next 4 months, the biggest complaints will come from Igbos the moment they keep getting arrested.

This man took the words out of my mouth. A lot of the Amotekun daily cacophony players are not interested in the security of the SW one bit. Anyone with an ounce of brain can see that they are mostly interested in the political aspect of it.
If any police, Amotekun or any other security outfit should arrest 100 people on the streets of the SW on any given day, I can assure you that 95 percent will not even be Fulani. 95 percent or more will be Igbos, Yorubas and others. Yet you have some brainwashing thr people to believe that their security problems are mainly from some Fulanis.
Tinubu gave a brilliant answer to these political cacophony wailers.
I'm for Amotekun but you can't make sound and look like its purely against Fulanis.
The Fulanis also have a fault here, why cry more than the bereaved? If you don't plan on having some of your people invading people's farm land unnecessary then you should be less concerned about Amotekun. Their only complaint should have been that the governors should make sure that no particular tribe is targeted. As far as Afenifebi is concerned, Amotekun is to go against the Fulanis.
The Governors should have actually demanded for State police. This was part of the APC ideology and this would have been a good time to implement such idea.
