Try eating wallnuts if you can get them. Secondly, when you are brushing with toothpaste, squeeze some lime and drop in your mouth, let it mix with the paste as you brush. do it just 2 or 3 times a week. There could be improvement.

I bought some dollars and stored in in my dom account, because i heard they could possible devalue the naira.

I heard about 4 refineries in Nigeria will start operation next month. I will like to know if exchange rate will be affected when this happens.

Let me know know if i should change my money back to naira and bear the loss or leave it in dollar. Can any economist shed more light on this.

The multitude was told to SIT down. Well, some would have said that they dont feel like sitting. Then we will see if they will get anything. God is NOT the author of confusion. Apostle Paul often referred to Christians as Soldiers. Soldiers dont do what they feel like, do they?

Its normal to tell people to sit down when u want to feed them. You dont expect him to tell them to stand and eat. Did he kneel down to pray? I thought u said he knelt down to pray ..
