I AND MY FRIEND WERE DISCUSSING WHEN A YOUNG MAN INTERRUPTED US, WITHOUT ANY SIDE DISTRACTION HE FOCUSED ON MY FRIEND AS IF HE KNEW HIM BEFORE AND AS HIM TO ACCOMPANIED HIM TO FIRST BANK TO MAKE SOME WITHDRAWAL BUT MY FRIEND IMMEDIATELY REFUSED TO ACCOMPANIED HIM DUE TO SECURITY REASONS. AS WE WERE TALKING A NEIGHBOUR WAS PASSING BY, WE ASKED THE NEIGHBOUR IF HE KNEW THE YOUNG MAN? HE SAID YES, THAT THE YOUNG MAN WAS A MAD MAN LIVING CLOSE TO US. YOU CAN NOT TELL IF HE IS A MAD MAN ON THAT FATEFUL DAY BECAUSE HE WAS WELL DRESSED, EXCEPT FOR HIS DIRTY LOOKING FEET, ON A SHOES. PLEASE I KNOW THIS MEANS SOMETHING WHAT DOES IT MEAN, SINCE MY FRIEND DID NOT ACCOMPANIED, BECAUSE HE WAS UNKNOWN TO HIM. THANK YOU.
