Dude, you are not on this alone.....I was born with dreadlocks and it was properly cut off by a Reverend Priest.... In my early 20s, I realized that I can't keep my hair for more than 2weeks...Each time my hair get past 2weeks, I feel severe headache and total discomfort until I cut it off.... Also i noticed i use to sweat beneath my hair...therefore i dont use hair cream

Currently, I'm in Europe and I can keep my hair for almost 1month and 2 weeks without cutting it and feel perfectly fine. Now, I use more of hair cream here to stay fresh and oily because the weather here can be cold and dry..

So you are not alone.....Therefore, I think hot weather in Nigeria contributes to that as well.

Please I need someone to put me through on how to book Egyptian airline.... Who has used it and what is the price?....i heard Turkish airline is a bit expensive...

Guys, I've been waiting for AM for a month and a week now and my course starts next week monday 25th. Do I send my extension letter to the embassy by mail or do I wait till they ask for it? Please I would like to know

It will still come....My deadline was 15th November...but my AM came on 19th requesting for an extension....So you can either forward a mail to them or wait until your AM drops....The main thing is you already have your extension letter

my AM came with a condition that I should indicate a travel date not later than 17th Nov. So I came to summit it myself on 12th then follow it up with calls to embassy got it on 14th, to tell u how rush it is, am traveling from here in Lagos not going to Abj to even say good bye to some people, they had to send some of my clothes through wave bill for me

Concerning provision of confirmation of enrollment extension from my school...I think I will be asked to provide the same when my AM eventually drops....Please I will like to know how you guys go about it...

Did your school reply you that they couldn't after you sent them your visa interview slip and fee receipt? If they did, send that response to the embassy politely requesting that they fast track your application so you can meet up, highlighting the fact that you believe you have met all their requirements especially by funding your BA before the interview. Then you hope they fast track it because AM in 7days has been recorded in the past and you still have 2 weeks to go, so keep the faith.

Parallel to this, send a mail to your school asking if it is possible to defer your admission to summer if their final stance is not to extend and what is needed to defer the admission. You can also state in this mail that you would really like to join this winter and would welcome an extension of the physical enrollment rather a deferment.

You can also do the following:

a. scan your school website for the email address of your course coordinator, dean of admission and anyone you think may have some authority in the school (especially regarding the admissions process) and send them all a well scripted mail pleading your case for an extension (blind copy them all so it looks like you sent to each person individually or simply send individually so your greeting can be personalized).

b. look for the email address of the alien's office in the city you are heading to and send them a mail (in german preferably so use google translate and change every ''du'' to ''Sie'') detailing your situation and why you need them to expedite your visa approval. Give them 3days after you send the email and then find someone in Germany that can help you call them and find out where you stand and also plead your case if it is still pending.

These are your options and I have really stretched them

No deadline at all. I have been properly enrolled. I dey even follow up with classes through the student portal. I also have my student email address. But my fear is that they said they are turning people back at the embassy due to the letter. Someone that went for interview last week Tuesday told me.

Nothing like that...I was there last week, we were only 3 students and they attended to us....just prepare and go for your interview. Hope you have funded.

My interview is in few days and I learnt that aside enrollment certificate, that embassy is requesting for a confirmation letter of possible resumption anytime one secure his/her visa. My school has refused to issued me the confirmation letter saying that the enrollment certificate is enough. Please I want to know, are they interviewing with out the letter?

You wont have any issue with the embassy as long as you have fulfilled all your enrollment requirements...except you were given a deadline to report to the school.

If you have already done the bolded above, then I believe you have already completed your enrollment unless there is something else to be done to complete the enrollment which I can't think of at this time.

What you should be asking for from your school is a confirmation of enrollment or a letter confirming that you can still resume after the 15th of November, which you will then forward to the embassy to show that you are still good to go.

Kindly expatiate if your situation is different.

Thanks for your response Boss.... On my Admission letter it was stated that after enrollment by post, that I must report to the school before 15th of November for physical enrollment and if I fail to be present, that I will be exmatriculated...I think that is where the VO held strongly and asked me to contact my school in that respect and they are not ready to extend any further.

Print your AM, print the email from your school saying enrollment deadline is Monday and go with your passport to the embassy. Give all that to them and emphasize on the fact that you want to collect your visa by hand.

Also send a mail today to the embassy stating your predicament and also what you will be doing tomorrow (paragragh above). You can also call for good measure and inform them of same.

Book a flight for friday (without paying), print out the booking and go with it also to show why you can not wait for the delivery service.

My Boss....I love your response....My predicament is a bit closer than this...but I wish my own to be straight forward. I did my interview last week and the vo advised I ask my school for enrollment extension since my physical enrollment deadline is on 15th November, And my school isn't ready to extend any further...I have just been thinking on what to do if my AM eventually states they need enrollment extension. I have already enrolled by post and submitted my enrollment documents which includes; health insurance, semester fees receipt and declaration of acceptance during my interview. Am just thinking hard on what next to do if my AM doesn't drop before 15th November. I have already sent a mail to my school with attached visa fee receipts and asked them to extend my enrollment deadline according to embassy instructions still they wouldn't. Am just stucked and observing how it will turn out for me.

And I land Lagos on Sunday 06/102019 by 11:23pm for my interview on 07/10/2019.
I woke up by 3:15 am and slept back I still woke up by 3:35 am and I tried to sleep again I woke up by 4:12am then go through what I jotted down then had my bath and set out to embassy by 5:34 and by 6:02am I'm at the embassy.
I joined the cue by 6:23am and by 6:44am paulinus called first 4 student and I was second and our documents were checked and arranged and I was ushered inside by 6:57am.
After waiting for hours because they only have one VO on duty before they drafted 2 more to join him by few minutes pass 2pm and my interview was by 4pm

He always cuts in because he was fast and wants to attend to others waiting. Then he said you left school since 2015 hence your memory is still fresh and he gave me test, its maths and physics, out of the 8 or 9 I did not answer 3 questions but I answered others correctly

Then also revealed the specialized "applicational" approach of her MSc and how it will upgrade my competence etc etc etc.

Is just about conviction, boldness and does it make reason.
When u talk and don't feel the positive aura of ur motivation, then is a shamble.
It should be invigorating, intoxicating, d feeling must be contagious.
If u don't, just tell her u are rushing home, Nigeria to take up an appointment or job, simple
But going for further PhD is not a red flag if the purpose is palpable.

Had my interview yesterday 23/09/2019

Stayed at Bayland Guest house at 57 Forsythe street, Lafiaji with a double room(as the name implies) 5k , there are mosquitoes but they are friendly .
I woke up by 3:30am, do small revision and started getting prepared. Left the room 4:50am and got to Obalende round about 5 mins later. I entered keke , got to Walter Carrington about 15mins later. One guy want to chop my money and requested to register my phone but i refused...though one guy said he registered the phone with 2k. I went to the gate but they asked me to come back by 6:30. About 6:28, we went back and they started checking us in with our appointment paper.

fast forward to interview proper.
I met a lady at cubicle 2...

VO: oh...you have not funded....Ok sign these document for me

Firstly, I will advice him to decide on d actual location he wants to develop his property or consult an estate manager to help him decide....since he is looking upto 40-45 rooms hotel, I think d land mass shouldn't b dat much, 2 to 2 nd half plots may b enough(i.e) 100 x 200 sq.m,, unless he has intentions of having a large parking space, then d number will increase ........Base on his brief wit d Architect, d architect cn now develop a design in respect of his brief to meet wit his requirements, from there, a quantity surveyor will draw his analysis nd come up with an estimated figure for d project....Then contact me to pioneer d entire execution of d project..
