A friend of mine is about to register for UTME , and he wants to study either civil engineering or quantity surveying, though he knows what both professionals do. I couldn't give him a better option but I promised to get back to him.
I would like to know which career path has a higher job prospect at entry level and which professional is likely to earn more.

Assuming, you have been married for 15 years without a child(you have been childless), and the fault is from you, and finally along the line, after several medical, religious, and spiritual approach, etc, you were able to get your wife pregnant and subsequently she put to bed a bouncing baby boy - an apparent heir to you wealth.

unfortunately nigeria is not a place to study computer science, i wont to move to study economics becus i have started learning programming on my own.

Rent is basically money going towards helping another person achieve his own goals. Your landlord has either personal financial commitments or bank commitments that he needs to meet before their due dates. He expects this to be met by you through your regular rent payments . If the property was bought on mortgage , your rent payments will help him or her pay down their debts.
The moral of these realities is that renting should be a stepping stone to owning your own property. In order to sack your landlord, you definitely need a strategy . To implement your plan and strategy , you need a good team. Like it has been said , a goal without a timeline is a wish .
