1. Winter is an extreme cold weather condition that could be as severe as -10`c (In these conditions humans put on extra padded clothings made of wool and other stuffings to trap body heat and keep the body warm)

2. There are other weather conditions in Europe which is not as severe as winter, autumn, spring and summer. During these other seasons, the weather conditions could be as good as 10`c to 25`c although it is not biting cold, the weather is actually Chill and require you keep a jacket albeit not the type you would carry in Winter.

So PLEASE MR EUROPE. YOU CAN TELL CRAP TO YOUR VILLAGERS ABOUT LEATHER JACKET BEING THE SAME AS WINTER JACKET, but don't ever try that on NL
