Have you ever had your house vacant for more than 1yr because u ask for 200k rent, and agent asks for 300k rent, their agency fee aside.

in as much as you may be right i am only trying an agent for atleast 1or 2 years and see how it goes atleast they are professionals unlike families. If it goes wrong i can sue agency but i can not sue my families.

me thinks your cousin is taking you for a ride. Same thing my brother was doing to me until i went down to nigeria to find out for me self, you need to go there and see for yourself whats happening there. Now i gave my properties to an agency to manage for me no more family things.

man! I think you need to wake up! In as much as i would not like nigeria to break up Any thing can happen, never say never. As long as some Group or ethnic in nigeria are not happy they other Groups should be worried it's obvious Igbos has this mindset or seeking disintegration ignoring them or believing that they are bluffing is going to inflame the situation. Why not hear what they are demanding for and find a way to resolve it. They are still part of nigeria wether you like or not. Ignoring a problem will not make it go away.

I like Abakaliki but I must say this...it's one state you will go to and wonder if this is actually SE...large population of Muslims for a SE state including Igbo converts.
